I’m not impressed with this dry cleaner. I have for many years requested no starch in my shirts. When this cleaner changed hands I dropped off a shirt and had a talk with the person to confirm that no starch was still in their system. When I picked up the shirt there was so much starch that the shirt stood up on the counter. They redid the shirt and acted as if they were doing me a favor. I go out of my way to this location for the last 15 years. Dawn is like one of the family! Always fun to visit, never have had an issue that was not immediately resolved.
Good care of our clothes. They are always ready to listen when I have particular requests - like certain ways the collars need to be turned on certain shirts and blouses. Good people!!!
Mended a tear and dry cleaned. This business has really improved over the “Elite Cleaners” that they have succeeded. Everyone there is great.
