I’ve been using Tide Cleaners regularly for about the past year and have been very happy with the service. My clothes consistently come back clean, well-pressed, and on time. The staff is professional and easy to work with, and the overall experience is reliable and hassle-free. It’s nice knowing I can drop things off and trust they’ll be done right. Highly recommend.
I dropped off four very expensive pieces from Mugler, including two t-shirts stylized with metal piercings on the chest. When I picked my items up and got them home, I noticed one of my t-shirts was missing the metal piercing and the other was not. I didn’t even realize that they could come out. Nobody even let me know, it seems like they just hid it behind the jacket and hoped I wouldn’t notice until I got home or something. I just adore Jo & Dawn so much. They work hard, always smiling & cheerfully represent your company so well! They are both so knowledgeable about fabrics & your services & because of this I am confident in entrusting TIDE with my best garments .
Love these folks. Such friendly customer service, know me by name and do a wonderful job providing fast turn around cleaning. Love that it is located next to Harris Teeter, Starbucks and a novelty shop (for small gifts).
Love the employees Dawn & Jo. They are very nice & efficient !! Even remembers me when it had been a while . Sweater looks great !!
