Great, long time staff who’ve always known who I was by greeting me by name as I walked in the door. Over the many years I’ve gone there. I’ve always been very pleased with the quality of service.
I just adore Jo & Dawn so much. They work hard, always smiling & cheerfully represent your company so well! They are both so knowledgeable about fabrics & your services & because of this I am confident in entrusting TIDE with my best garments .
Great cleaning & care. However, way too expensive, so we had to switch to an alternative cleaners. I spent on average $300/mo at Tide Cleaners.
Love these folks. Such friendly customer service, know me by name and do a wonderful job providing fast turn around cleaning. Love that it is located next to Harris Teeter, Starbucks and a novelty shop (for small gifts).
This is a great dry cleaner. Always great service and they do an excellent job. My only negative is the price, which to me is a little pricey.
