I’m not impressed with this dry cleaner. I have for many years requested no starch in my shirts. When this cleaner changed hands I dropped off a shirt and had a talk with the person to confirm that no starch was still in their system. When I picked up the shirt there was so much starch that the shirt stood up on the counter. They redid the shirt and acted as if they were doing me a favor. Mended a tear and dry cleaned. This business has really improved over the “Elite Cleaners” that they have succeeded. Everyone there is great.
Good care of our clothes. They are always ready to listen when I have particular requests - like certain ways the collars need to be turned on certain shirts and blouses. Good people!!!
I don't think I can accurately describe how wonderful the experience I had with Elite Cleaners. About 6 weeks before my wedding, I had to get a new wedding dress! I dropped it off to get it cleaned and would not have guessed the series of events that would take place afterward. When I first bought the dress, I followed the bridal boutique's recommendations to drop it off at Elite Cleaners since that is the cleaners they recommend. Employees were very nice. The place was very clean and organized. Pants came out very well. A bit pricey though
