This cleaner located in Morrocroft has been my go to cleaner for years. They are always pleasant and very service oriented. Cleaning is always well done and well presented. I’ve had some alterations and repairs done there as well and they do good work on that too.
Elite Dry Cleaners used to be great although on the pricey side. Recently, my clothes have been left with obvious stains for which I have to take an unnecessary trip for them to re-do. I miss getting a txt notification informing me my dry clean was ready for pick up. I also dislike the labels as they are difficult to remove before trashing the bags. I hope management reads these reviews and use them as feedback for improvement.
Elite Cleaners is the only spot in Charlotte I would recommend for high end fabrics and luxury garments. A special shout out to Linda for going the extra mile and working with the owner Lela to get a wedding gown turned around in an expedited time frame. Their customer service is beyond appreciated.
This company came highly recommended by my bridal shop. I am sad to say that I was disappointed with the customer service. I called over a month out from my wedding and left my name and number three different times with the promise of hearing back. The last time I called I was told somebody would call me on Monday. Monday afternoon at 4:30 PM I still did not hear back from anyone so I called again. I used Elite Cleaners to clean my wedding dress. They did a fantastic job with what I'm sure was a difficult cleaning job. Our first dance was on crushed gravel that was slightly damp from earlier rain, and that seemed to be the magic combination in the bottom hem becoming disgustingly dirty and stained almost black. Not only did Elite manage to clean the dress and restore it to the original state, they took great care in keeping me up to date and informed on the process and were very friendly.
