Dropped off 20 tablecloths. Systems were down for a second time in a week. Was given a quote for $400, charged over $700 at pick up and cloths were not well done. Would have gone a block away who quoted $350, but trusted Tide more from previous dry cleaning. Was appalled at the increase I. Price, the poor job, and the inability for documentation or system assistance. Sadly , I won’t go back now.
Very fast and clothing smells fresh and feels fantastic, Lana was super helpful with getting my wash and fold loaded up in the car.
My experience with Lana was amazing she is welcoming funny and respectful very recommend they did a good job with my clothes
Not real friendly people. First Lady could not even understand what I wanted. Had me type information into computer. Pickup lady was busy scolding child how to sit in chair and not break it.
