Make sure you check your shirts before picking them up. 7 out of 8 of my shirts were stained from dripping starch. It took them 3 washes to get all stains out. The lady at the desk was very nice..
Dropped off 20 tablecloths. Systems were down for a second time in a week. Was given a quote for $400, charged over $700 at pick up and cloths were not well done. Would have gone a block away who quoted $350, but trusted Tide more from previous dry cleaning. Was appalled at the increase I. Price, the poor job, and the inability for documentation or system assistance. Sadly , I won’t go back now.
Update: I gave Tide Cleaners another chance after a bad first experience with an employee. My experience has greatly improved! The store manager reached out to me and she genuinely cared about my concerns which made me feel like a valued customer. I had the pleasure of being assisted by two different employees during pick-up and drop off, and the customer service was so much better! Very fast and clothing smells fresh and feels fantastic, Lana was super helpful with getting my wash and fold loaded up in the car.
