I was looking for a new cleaners when I heard the commercial about Tide Cleaners....so I tried them. I am very pleased and have found my new cleaners. Tim was very helpful when I first went to store and told me about the new store. They even give you a garment bag to put your clothes in to bring to them for drop off. I have had both dress shirts and pants cleaned there and really like the outcome. Thanks Tim and Tide Cleaners!!!
Spoke to Chris the owner who is very aware of the inconsistencies of my dry cleaning. He assured me someone would call me today and no one call. VERY BAD SERVICE. I tried for over a year for them to get it right!! As a Marine and a public servant, I desire and am required to look professional in public at all times, and this company has left me disappointed too many times with my uniform. Commitment of a year is more than fair. It's now time to MOVE ON!
