I am a longtime customer Of the Cleaners. They always get my shirts just right. Make sure buttons are in good condition and they’re always ready the next day. Very pleased with the service and will continue to use them as long as they’re available.

I like this store. Tim is the associate who helped me out. He even waited at the door and held the door for me while I was grabbing my items from my car. He has great customer service and was very helpful patient and was informative on certain services. Will definitely come back because of him

Tide cleaners provides next day service and it is extremely convenient for me. In the event , an item is not ready when due, they will personally make it a priority to deliver by the end of day and drop it off at your home; this was the case for me. I will go back to Tide Cleaners any day because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you for going beyond the call of duty !

Tim is a breath of fresh air. He exemplifies how business should be conducted, a return to good old-fashioned customer service. You feel like a valued customer — I forgot what that felt like! Tide has earned my repeat business. Even though they’re not the closest cleaner to my house, they take the thinking completely out of it. I drop my clothes off and the door is held open, laundry taken right from my hand, and I’m told it will be ready the next day. I don’t have to ask, it’s done.
