Very satisfied with the service here. My clothes always come back looking clean, fresh, and professionally pressed. They handle delicate fabrics with care and manage to remove even stubborn stains. The staff is friendly and organized, and orders are ready right on schedule. Pricing is reasonable for the quality provided. I highly recommend this place for dependable and consistent dry cleaning.
New to the area, I was floored when I saw how much dry cleaning cost and some locations. Then I found Tide Cleaners and was sold! Family-owned and operated (or at least they give that feeling), the prices are fair, turnaround quick and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend giving this place a try.
Great service, good quality, a tad expensive I've used this Tide cleaners location a few times mostly for men's suits and few women's dresses. I've never had any issues as everything was done on time if not before and cleaned to my satisfaction. It is probably about 20 percent more than I'd expect to pay but you can get around that if you can get on their email list and look for promos (I think they have a fairly regular one on Thursday). Definitely worth a try, just with that caveat.
This is my fourth visit to Tide Cleaners in Cary and I have had only excellent experiences! The staff is super helpful, their prices are very fair and the results are impeccable! I am beyond pleased to have found a nearby cleaners that I can trust! Five Stars all the way 😊
I am a longtime customer Of the Cleaners. They always get my shirts just right. Make sure buttons are in good condition and they’re always ready the next day. Very pleased with the service and will continue to use them as long as they’re available.
