I am a longtime customer Of the Cleaners. They always get my shirts just right. Make sure buttons are in good condition and they’re always ready the next day. Very pleased with the service and will continue to use them as long as they’re available.
Tide cleaners provides next day service and it is extremely convenient for me. In the event , an item is not ready when due, they will personally make it a priority to deliver by the end of day and drop it off at your home; this was the case for me. I will go back to Tide Cleaners any day because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you for going beyond the call of duty !
Tim is a breath of fresh air. He exemplifies how business should be conducted, a return to good old-fashioned customer service. You feel like a valued customer — I forgot what that felt like! Two years ago I and my daughter relocated to Cary, NC after the death of my wife of 47 years.
