I like this store. Tim is the associate who helped me out. He even waited at the door and held the door for me while I was grabbing my items from my car. He has great customer service and was very helpful patient and was informative on certain services. Will definitely come back because of him
Tide cleaners provides next day service and it is extremely convenient for me. In the event , an item is not ready when due, they will personally make it a priority to deliver by the end of day and drop it off at your home; this was the case for me. I will go back to Tide Cleaners any day because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you for going beyond the call of duty !

Tim is a breath of fresh air. He exemplifies how business should be conducted, a return to good old-fashioned customer service. You feel like a valued customer — I forgot what that felt like! Two years ago I and my daughter relocated to Cary, NC after the death of my wife of 47 years. The move was more existential than initially considered, for all life services had to be re-discovered - gas, grocery, clothing, church, auto servicing, and also laundry-dry cleaning.
