Spoke to Chris the owner who is very aware of the inconsistencies of my dry cleaning. He assured me someone would call me today and no one call. VERY BAD SERVICE. I tried for over a year for them to get it right!! As a Marine and a public servant, I desire and am required to look professional in public at all times, and this company has left me disappointed too many times with my uniform. Commitment of a year is more than fair. It's now time to MOVE ON!
Tim the owner is great. Very personable, fast, and efficient. I will use them exclusively moving forward and would encourage folks to support local too. My clothes came back immaculate and he even put my pins/buttons I forgot to remove into an envelope for me. Quality service.
I’m new to the area and this was my first choice and it will be my only choice from now on! I had my Blues coat done with new Sgt chevrons sewed on and it was nothing but exceptional. Great customer service, good pricing, and just overall very helpful. They keep to their word and deliver on their promises!
