I had a great experience with Tide Cleaners. I was able to set up an account easily and the drop off/pickup process was very efficient. I have had 2 visits dropping off/picking up items. Each visit a person came out to ask if I needed anything and reassured me they were available to assist me. There were no issues. My items were very well cleaned and the prices charged are reasonable. Half what I paid elsewhere for less customer service and less quality of cleaning. Yes, I will continue to use Tide Cleaners! Thank you!!

Amazing. Service is exceptional. I dropped off my clothes. Thinking I would pick them up when they were ready as they are 24 hour seven day a week facility. I hadn’t had a chance to eat over there yet, and today my clothes arrived. I didn’t indicate that I wanted them delivered. Talk about surprise and delight. I am blown away. Thank you so much exceptional prices and great quality my clothes look great thank you.

Very impressed with the convenience and ease of dropping off and picking up my clothes. They do a great job as well, and I would highly recommend giving them a try. Staff is always on premise and willing to help if needed.

I have used Tide Cleaners for about a year now. I’ve had good experiences with them. The pick up and delivery is free, and they are always on time. If I have questions about anything, I send them a text, and they get back with me quickly, very responsive. I will continue to do all my dry cleaning with them!

My Experience has been great with Tide Cleaners, especially the Cleaners on Eagle Road and Amity. they have gone out of their way to make our cleaning an excellent experience. Owners are always available, kind and considerate. I would highly recommend them. Superb customer service!
