I drive from south Boise to drop my clothes off here. It’s easy and convenient to use their drop off and pick up kiosk. I even got my own free take home bag to collect my shirts for easier drop off. They do an amazing job cleaning my shirts even when I challenge them constantly by leaving challenging stains. The employees that work there are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to take care of your nice clothes.

Tide Cleaners is so convenient and they do a good job of cleaning the clothes. I had a stain on my suit jacket that didn’t come all the way out the first time. They cleaned it again for free and it looked brand new. Would certainly recommend.

I have used this location twice and both times had a negative experience. I dropped off one table cloth the first time, it was ready late, and still filthy. Second time i dropped off on a friday and i asked the gall there if it would for sure be done by monday after 5 and she said it would be. I told her that if there was any chance it wouldn’t be that i would wait to drop off the two table cloths as i had an event on Tuesday. She insisted they would be so i left them. They are really great. My clothes always look really nice.I have their pickup/dropoff service and they are always prompt. Our driver is very nice, he does a great job!
