I drive from south Boise to drop my clothes off here. It’s easy and convenient to use their drop off and pick up kiosk. I even got my own free take home bag to collect my shirts for easier drop off. They do an amazing job cleaning my shirts even when I challenge them constantly by leaving challenging stains. The employees that work there are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to take care of your nice clothes.
I initially gave a three star review to this location, but I changed it to five stars. They took care of the issue that got my initial rating in a timely manner. The employees I talked to were top notch, polite, and eager to help me with the problem. Customer service mediocre at best these days with most businesses. That is not the case here. They kept me as a customer because of the effort on their side to take care of me and fix the issues.
Always seamless and easy to use for myself. I have noticed a lot of customers struggle to know where to add the BOGO offer codes - I always add in notes and never had an issue with it. You might want to amend the emails with these codes with better instructions or offer up a note at the drop off location.
Who doesn’t like tight cleaners lol this is one of my favorite places drop in and pick up anytime. It’s great service they even clean my couch covers for me and they look meticulous. Every time I drop them off definitely a five star.
They are really great. My clothes always look really nice.I have their pickup/dropoff service and they are always prompt. Our driver is very nice, he does a great job!
