I have used this location twice and both times had a negative experience. I dropped off one table cloth the first time, it was ready late, and still filthy. Second time i dropped off on a friday and i asked the gall there if it would for sure be done by monday after 5 and she said it would be. I told her that if there was any chance it wouldn’t be that i would wait to drop off the two table cloths as i had an event on Tuesday. She insisted they would be so i left them. Our delivery agent is essential in this outstanding service! Pick up and drop off our exactly as promised, and the clothing is professionally done.
They are really great. My clothes always look really nice.I have their pickup/dropoff service and they are always prompt. Our driver is very nice, he does a great job!
Excellent service, fast turnaround, quality cleaning. I only do washing of blankets and bulky bedspreads. They provide clean plastic zippered bags. My only suggestion is to ditch the plastic
