I was in to pick up my dry cleaning earlier this week. A noticed that the customer ahead of me was an older gentleman who would have struggled taking his dry cleaning out to the car because of a neck brace. The young man who works at Tide didn't hesitate and took his dry cleaning out to the care for him and placed in the gentleman's car. Heartwarming to see this. Kudos Tide for excellent service and to the young man who went the extra mile to help a customer in need.
They got the stain out completely! I had a sweatshirt, well not just any sweatshirt, it was a Disney 100 anniversary sweatshirt! In making dinner had spilled melted butter all done the front of it. I tried getting it out myself but it didn't work. I took it to Tide cleaners and they got t h e whole stain out! Fantastic job! Thank you!!!
I was looking for a company to take pride and responsibility for doing a good job and I think I found one. The staff was polite and attentive. Turnaround time was about 2 days and my clothes look like new! My blazers looked and felt so crisp and fresh, like the staff really cared about my clothes. Prices are reasonable and I don't mind as long as service is good. I also like the fact that that they do alterations and I can't wait to use that service.
I’m very happy with Tide cleaners never a problem my clothes have always been clean and always on time the ppl that work there are always nice to me this is a plus to the Oxford community
