I was looking for a company to take pride and responsibility for doing a good job and I think I found one. The staff was polite and attentive. Turnaround time was about 2 days and my clothes look like new! My blazers looked and felt so crisp and fresh, like the staff really cared about my clothes. Prices are reasonable and I don't mind as long as service is good. I also like the fact that that they do alterations and I can't wait to use that service.
I bought a comforter set from an estate sale and immediately brought it to Tide Cleaners to be cleaned. When I say they did an excellent job, that's an understatement!! It looked brand new!!! I highly recommend Tide Cleaners!!
Great service on all accounts. Been coming here since we moved to the area - everything ALWAYS done perfectly, and presented perfectly as well.
I gave the cleaners a dress that was worn by my granddaughter 10 years ago. It had been cleaned by another dry cleaner but they did not entirely remove a slight stain at the neckline. Tide Cleaners was able to completely remove the stain!!
