I was looking for a company to take pride and responsibility for doing a good job and I think I found one. The staff was polite and attentive. Turnaround time was about 2 days and my clothes look like new! My blazers looked and felt so crisp and fresh, like the staff really cared about my clothes. Prices are reasonable and I don't mind as long as service is good. I also like the fact that that they do alterations and I can't wait to use that service.
Tide Cleaners does a great job. I have always been very satisfied with their work, be it dry cleaning or laundering comforters, rugs.
Always very professional and has the quickest turnaround time! A huge plus that they have a drop off bin for after hours as well.
My experience was great!! So fast. Also, love the new hangers and love the extra long plastic covers.
The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I recently brought in a denim dress and a jacket both if which had to get redone because the stain did not originally come out. To my surprise the jacket with the ink spots CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL!
