The team there is knowledgeable and friendly. And the new 24 hour drop off and pick up system is very convenient and cool!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! Several days ago I brought in 8 items. The lady behind the counter sorted them and gave me a ticket. One of the items was was my father's pocket square which is very meaningful to me given he passed away 2 weeks ago. However, when I picked up my order last night, the pocket square was ripped in 3 places. Understandably, I became very emotional, to which the lady reacted not with empathy or an apology as one would expect, but instead with harsh anger.
