Dropped off my Dad's flag to be cleaned and they did a suburb job removing some stains, and when I went to pick it up they said it was ready paid for. What great customer service and even more, respect for our Veterans. Will continue to use and support this buusiness.
Young Hispanic woman is always friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. I have been driving from Waterbury to Meriden to put my clothing in the only dry cleaning business that I trust with my clothes. She has been employed at this dry cleaning facility for many many years, and I appreciate a familiar face when I walk in and she is always very friendly.
I love Tide Cleaners so much. I can drop my things off in the night drop off box if nobody is there because the bag has all my information in it that I have my clothes in to drop off. It’s also nice to stop in and talk to people. The woman behind the counter is so helpful and friendly and really seems to enjoy your job. I’m so grateful she’s there so I can get my clothes done.
I have never had to bring something to get dry cleaned, I went to tide cleaners because I was familiar with the location from growing up, before it got bought by tide cleaners. The 2 lady’s in the front were great! I called early about pricing and they were good on the phone and in person! They gave a ticket that said Wednesday but it ended up being ready on Tuesday so very quick! Convenient, fast and the service is great. After hour drop off as long as you have the orange coded sack linked to your name and phone number. Keep up the great service. 👍
