They are expensive to begin with and, this time, charged more by wrongly labeling a scarf for a hat. My sweater was still dirty around the neck, which is the part that specifically needed cleaning. I realized all this after I got home. Won't be going back. Good service and ample parking result in 2 stars.
I had my wedding dress preserved by Tide Cleaners and my husband’s wedding suit cleaned here. The service was great and we were thrilled with the results. Our wedding was on the beach so our attire was very dirty, but everything came back as new!
The people at Tide cleaners are the BEST! I love walking in there and reading on the door that it’s locally owned and locally operated. It makes me feel good to partner with them. I brought in 6 or 7 dresses yesterday that I told them I need for a trip next week. They just called me to let me know that they were done early just in case I wanted to pick them up and have any of them for the weekend, really unbelievable customer service.
Great experience using Tide Cleaners! They were quick and efficient. Garments came back in excellent condition. Store was bright and clean. Will for sure be a repeat customer!
