I give 5 stars! Excellent customer service and excellent timing as well as they worked with me and my timeline! Tide cleaners was the only one who was willing to take my wedding dress 2 weeks before my wedding and get it cleaned pressed and back to me in that time frame. I even received it a day before I was supposed to. They put a rush on it for me. They also have cleaned various other items for us. Very pleased all around would totally recommend and we will keep using them.
We came from out of town and needed 2 suits cleaned for the wedding. We had a great experience! They were timely, professional and hospitable. I have to give a special shout out to Michael. He was fantastic!! THANK U!

I go to Tide Cleaners on 50th and Center Street, and ♥ Terri, ♥ Amy and ♥ a gentleman are all great. Customer service is priority for them! I recommend Tide Cleaners. Fast and accurate. Clean clothes!
Simple and efficient. The clothes we dropped off had a variety of cleaning instructions and Tide was able to get them all clean without any issue.
