Its a cool look snd s fun experience but I wouldnt recommend if you truly care for your clothes. I was taking my suits here for months originally. After I brought my suit to my tailor for alterations, he was flustered in how tarnished the suit had become. He even asked me "have you been putting this in a washer machine?" And showed me evidence that they dont really care for your clothes. Suit money wasted. Really disappointed.
Best dry cleaner in town. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything always comes back just right. They also send out coupons for discounts, which is a nice bonus.
I have been disappointed with Tide cleaners. Their hours are not convenient for picking up after work (close at 6p). I just picked up clothes yesterday and pulled out a shirt this morning that had a “crease” in it that I had to steam out. When I asked about “light starch”, the lady told me that “light” is actually none. The only options are “light=no starch” or “heavy”. There is nothing in between. I do like the “drive thru” service but I am not sure that it outweighs the negatives.
Such nice people & fast service. And they do great work on tough stain removal. I was only dissatisfied once and they took it back and redid it within 24hrs. I recommend them to any and everyone, especially if you’re a designer or have handmade garments needing extra care!
Tide Cleaners in Ladue is awesome! Easy drop off and pick up. They are always very friendly and remember your name! Excellent cleaning job!!
