We have been using tight cleaners for over a year now, and have been very satisfied with the quality, customer service, and quick turnaround time. We also enjoy the coupons which provide a good incentive.

I’ve had multiple issues with this location, and unfortunately the quality and customer service continue to go downhill. For my most recent order, I was told it would be ready on Monday, but it wasn’t ready until Tuesday. When I arrived at 6:00 p.m. to pick it up, the employee tried to tell me they were closed, even though the app stated they were open until 7:00 p.m. She even acknowledged that the hours listed were incorrect. Excellent customer service, so easy to drop off and pick up-and the clothes are always perfectly laundered, dry cleaned and pressed!

Its a cool look snd s fun experience but I wouldnt recommend if you truly care for your clothes. I was taking my suits here for months originally. After I brought my suit to my tailor for alterations, he was flustered in how tarnished the suit had become. He even asked me "have you been putting this in a washer machine?" And showed me evidence that they dont really care for your clothes. Suit money wasted. Really disappointed.

Best dry cleaner in town. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything always comes back just right. They also send out coupons for discounts, which is a nice bonus.
