I brought an item for dry cleaning and came to pick it up 2 days after the pickup date indicated on the receipt. When I arrived, the young lady told me it wasn't ready and that I should come back the next business day which was a Monday. I politely explained that I normally would not mind, but that I was starting a new job on Monday and needed the item for my first day at work. We have been using tight cleaners for over a year now, and have been very satisfied with the quality, customer service, and quick turnaround time. We also enjoy the coupons which provide a good incentive.

I’ve never had an issue with them. I wish they delivered around town like they did when I lived in west county. Super easy to deal with.

I dropped off a comforter at Ladue location for dry cleaning to be picked up in 2 days. It has been one week and no comforter. Repeated requests for manager to call me and no response. This is the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to and I’ve lived in Ladue for 40 years. .

I’ve had multiple issues with this location, and unfortunately the quality and customer service continue to go downhill. For my most recent order, I was told it would be ready on Monday, but it wasn’t ready until Tuesday. When I arrived at 6:00 p.m. to pick it up, the employee tried to tell me they were closed, even though the app stated they were open until 7:00 p.m. She even acknowledged that the hours listed were incorrect.
