I went to the store this morning but was told that it was too late to get the two shirts back today. I explained that my husband and I were going on vacation tomorrow, and desperately needed those two shirts. Stephaun was amazing! He made a couple of phone calls to see whether or not that could happen - and he made it work! He truly went above and beyond! Add that to the fact that they do an outstanding job and you've got the perfect dry cleaner - and employee!
Excellent cleaners! I flew in for a wedding and my suit jacket wasn't looking good. Stephaun was super helpful—he had my jacket ready the next morning! It's hard to beat a sub-24-hour turnaround. Thanks Stephaun and Tide!
I went into Tide Cleaners this morning because I had questions regarding my billing. Kiara was amazing! She was patient, friendly and professional. She addressed the issue, even though it was difficult to solve, with such kindness and thoroughness. I love the quality of cleaning I get at Tide and I am so appreciative of the wonderful customer service I received. Thank you so much, Kiara.
Tide is awesome, dry cleaning is expensive regardless but they were the most affordable... awesome quality. They even have a sorta drive thru to load up your clothes in the car. They even offered help! I'm a man, so naturally I carried all 12 items awkwardly by myself in one trip, however the thought was very much appreciated!
Great place I'm not crazy about the smell of tide but they do a great job here.
