Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was in town two weeks ago and realized that I need a dress pressed for a fund raising event in the community. My brother-in-law swears by this location and only takes his clothes here so I decided to try it. Stephanie was a lifesaver. She put a rush on my dress and it was ready even before the time she told me. Her personality would be the reason I would return. Sure, the dress was pressed well, but Stephanie is the star of that place! You won’t be disappointed.
Absolutely terrible. I got my white pants back with stains all over them. I got to spend the morning of my event scrubbing them with a tied pen. Paid for absolutely nothing.
I’m so pleased with Tide Cleaners, I dropped off my wool sweater on Tuesday around 4 and it was ready for pick up on Wednesday at 6. Stephanie was so nice and welcoming she helped me download the app so that I could create an account, upon downloading I got coupons in the app and I saw that you can track your order in the app and you get points for your orders. As for my sweater, it looks brand new, smells amazing and is refreshed. I definitely will be using them again! Thank you to Stephanie and her team!
Complete rip off! I pay them twice of what dry cleaners in the area charge just for the “convenience” of being able to drop off & pick up 24/7 via the kiosk that’s a hit or miss! I am constantly frustrated by the kiosk that is broken more often than not. The last straw was when I got charged almost $10 to dry clean a pair of shorts that I didn’t want ruin in the washing machine at home!
Love this place. Quick and reasonably priced. Stephanie is amazing!! Always so helpful and consistently ensures my clothes will be pressed exactly the way I need them.
