Great service. So convenient. Able to drop off when they are closed and pickup after getting the alert. The app is accurate down to the brand of shirt which they include on the ticket. I never worry about lost items. They even pickup at my house. The folks that work in the store are so nice and helpful. It takes no less than half the time to service a customer than traditional dry cleaners. The cold bottles of water and candy jar are a nice touch. Proximity next to Whole Foods can’t really beat the location.
MUCH better this time! The last time I was there they were understaffed and the man working there did NOT handle the customer flow correctly, and he clearly was not dedicated to his job. This time they had two people working there and they were friendly and efficient and displayed good customer skills.
Top quality dry cleaning & laundry services. Drive thru option, delivery & pick up. Very friendly & helpful staff. They are a bit pricey but worth the expense.
This is the the best Tide Cleaners in the Boca Area(and I have been to them all!!) they are under New Management and Stephanie is amazing. Dry cleaners are always challenging when you love your clothes and this is the best place to take them. Stepanie Rogers the new Manager is so friendly and helpful❤️❤️
