Holy cow, they are amazing! I had brought in a baptismal gown that was stained for over 20 years. Two other dry cleaners in the area would not even touch it. Tide said they would try, and it is perfect! It was my daughter's and now she is expecting. I have a new cleaners and I am so grateful!
They did a horrible job on my white work shirts. NEVER AGAIN. It seemed like they just pressed the shirts but never cleaned them. The collars and the sleeves were still dirty. I didn't even bother taking them back up there. I figured, what would be the point? Someone had to hang them and bag them in this condition. It's obvious they didn't give a darn. So it's back to my old cleaners for me. Use them at your own risk, but buyer beware.
The service is lacking at this location. I went to pick up my dry cleaning on a Saturday morning and saw this handwritten sign that they’ll be “back in 10”. So I waited at least 10 minutes and eventually the employee arrived with a bag of groceries after shopping and no apology for the wait. I’m disappointed with Tide Cleaners.
Never go here. Should not take 6 days and 3 trips for 24 hour pickup on 4 shirts to. No communication or professionalism. Waste of time and money to only get a 30% discount (which I'd applied with a coupon when i dropped off anyways, yet they made it seem like it was a big gift that they're not even supoosed to give me). Don't have clothes for a trip to NY now. Unbelievable.
Dropped clothes off in the morning was told they would be ready same day ! , good service , friendly workers and fast turn around. Would recommend!
