I love the service and promptness . You drop off your cloths or laundry one and can pick it up the next day if needed. I also love the fact you can get sample downy ball and the eco tide detergent. Almost forgot and you get a 20% coupon each month, awesome. 🫡

Great staff! Always nice and positive. Really like the turnaround time. A bit pricey so I don't always use them but if you can afford it, you will be pleased

Pretty good cleaner but very bad customer service. My shirts were promised to me the next day and were delivered almost a week later. I asked for a call back from the manager David but he never called. I had to buy two shirts for a business trip. I was told that the shirts were lost in the delivery van. I told the young lady that I was told that it was because they were short handed the day my shirts were supposed to be delivered. When I expressed my frustration I was told, “Things happen.” 🤣🤣🤣 Awful customer service.

Great prices with quick turn around after drop off. Staff is usually pretty friendly. Love taking our clothes to Tide!

They did a great job on my dress shirts. I handed in 9. They were ready the next day and what REALLY surprised me was the cost when I picked them up. It was like 40 bucks, maybe less. And they were cleaned and pressed and looked NEW. I will definitely be back. What a great surprise.
