Holy cow, they are amazing! I had brought in a baptismal gown that was stained for over 20 years. Two other dry cleaners in the area would not even touch it. Tide said they would try, and it is perfect! It was my daughter's and now she is expecting. I have a new cleaners and I am so grateful!
They did a horrible job on my white work shirts. NEVER AGAIN. It seemed like they just pressed the shirts but never cleaned them. The collars and the sleeves were still dirty. I didn't even bother taking them back up there. I figured, what would be the point? Someone had to hang them and bag them in this condition. It's obvious they didn't give a darn. So it's back to my old cleaners for me. Use them at your own risk, but buyer beware.
Clothes look great! The young lady who was there when I dropped off on Thursday and picked up on Friday was very helpful and ensured that I was satisfied with my order! I am a little sad that Tide Cleaners closed the Academy site, but this one on North Union is probably about the same distance from our home!
Four stars only bc a white summer suit was damaged at another location. Management rectified situation by providing me a credit. I’ve used it and thus far, no issues. Pleasant staff. Clothing still in tact.
I was excited to get "same day service", but unfortunately that only applies to weekdays. I went in on a Saturday for "same day" service, only for the attendant to tell me that, "oh they only dry clean Mondays through Fridays. No one is here on the weekend for this service. It's the transparency for me. State that on your website. Only "same day" service, Monday through Friday. It's misleading to say, "same day" service, excluding Saturdays, and Sundays smh.
