Both laundry and dry cleaning are consistently done well. I have been a user of Tide at home for many, many years so was happy to see a store featuring Tide. There is a lovely young black woman at the store I use who is so gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this cleaners for service and reliability of results.
Always GREAT service! Been going to this cleaners for years and mostly use their laundry service. When a button needs replacing they will replace it without being asked. Manager is always cheerful and very friendly.
Been going to this location for years before it was bought out by Tide. Never again. I got asked to write a review, but pressed the “contact us directly” option instead because, bad reviews aren’t usually my thing to do publicly. I dropped off a comforter for special pick up 3 days later. No working phone number for this place to see if it was ready, so drove over. Not ready. Won’t be ready until 5 more days. Cool, cool. Tide cleaners had made significant changes to their staff, and pricing. I went ahead and gave them another shot after having poor experiences in the past. The customer service has been much better. Pleasant attentive staff, and their pricing is competitive. Will continue using them.
If I could give 0 stars you’ve earned them. Horrible customer service lady in the front with pink hair does not want to be there, really unprofessional attitude, kept rolling her eyes when asking her questions about the process & estimated time frame of completion. Also Kept receiving passive aggressive comments this should not be acceptable coming from a big corporate company
