When I dropped off the clothes there was a girl with pink braids at the counter. She said nothing to me. I told her I was dropping off three button up shirts and placed them on the counter. She grabbed the shirts still saying absolutely nothing and gave me a ticket. The next day I came in about 1.5 hours before the estimated time they’d be done to see if they were done early. Outstanding service. Great location for me. After my former dry cleaner closed shop I shopped around and tried about 3 other cleaners and none gives similar service for a better price.
Been going to the cleaner that Tide Cleaners bought out for many years and I've had great service. Prices have gone up and services have gone way down, so I am never going back to Tide Cleaners. If I could give 0 stars you’ve earned them. Horrible customer service lady in the front with pink hair does not want to be there, really unprofessional attitude, kept rolling her eyes when asking her questions about the process & estimated time frame of completion. Also Kept receiving passive aggressive comments this should not be acceptable coming from a big corporate company
I have been using this cleaning service since before if was TIDE. I am very happy with their quality of service.
