I have had good experiences with this Tide location. It’s tucked back in a quirky strip mall location, but as with other Tide locations I have found the cleaning to be superior to other companies. Fewer broken buttons, and they’ve never misplaced any items. I would also say that the clothes feel and smell clean, not chemical-ey like other dry cleaners. They often have good coupons too. Front desk team is always friendly and quick.

This is my favorite cleaners!!!! Always friendly and professional. My garments are always clean and in tip top shape. Don't change ANYTHING. Tide Cleaners "you’re awesome!”

Both laundry and dry cleaning are consistently done well. I have been a user of Tide at home for many, many years so was happy to see a store featuring Tide. There is a lovely young black woman at the store I use who is so gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this cleaners for service and reliability of results.

Always GREAT service! Been going to this cleaners for years and mostly use their laundry service. When a button needs replacing they will replace it without being asked. Manager is always cheerful and very friendly.

Been going to this location for years before it was bought out by Tide. Never again. I got asked to write a review, but pressed the “contact us directly” option instead because, bad reviews aren’t usually my thing to do publicly. I dropped off a comforter for special pick up 3 days later. No working phone number for this place to see if it was ready, so drove over. Not ready. Won’t be ready until 5 more days. Cool, cool.
