I have had good experiences with this Tide location. It’s tucked back in a quirky strip mall location, but as with other Tide locations I have found the cleaning to be superior to other companies. Fewer broken buttons, and they’ve never misplaced any items. I would also say that the clothes feel and smell clean, not chemical-ey like other dry cleaners. They often have good coupons too. Front desk team is always friendly and quick.
Both laundry and dry cleaning are consistently done well. I have been a user of Tide at home for many, many years so was happy to see a store featuring Tide. There is a lovely young black woman at the store I use who is so gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this cleaners for service and reliability of results.
Been going to this location for years before it was bought out by Tide. Never again. I got asked to write a review, but pressed the “contact us directly” option instead because, bad reviews aren’t usually my thing to do publicly. I dropped off a comforter for special pick up 3 days later. No working phone number for this place to see if it was ready, so drove over. Not ready. Won’t be ready until 5 more days. Cool, cool. Tide cleaners had made significant changes to their staff, and pricing. I went ahead and gave them another shot after having poor experiences in the past. The customer service has been much better. Pleasant attentive staff, and their pricing is competitive. Will continue using them.
I cannot get over how over charged I was at this place - $110 for 8 items. Their prices are not posted and they don't charge until you pick up. So there's not a lot you can say at that point if you want your clothes back. I had to argue my ticket down from $18.99 for a normal everyday dress that I wear to the office. After throwing a fit she took $3 off for each dress. Pants were $9.29! Instead of charging me for a suit, they charged $10.29 for the jacket & $9.29 for the skirt. I'm so sad.
