Best cleaning experience there is ! Shirts come back pressed in hangers with a plastic stay at the collar and sleeves clipped together so sleeves stay pressed. Pants also come with a clip in the hanger after they are perfectly pressed to keep pants from slipping off the hanger. I love the 24/7 kiosk which allows me to drop off and pick up 24/7. I dropped my dress off to be cleaned at the WPB location and picked it up with a black linel around the dress. I emailed customer service a week ago and am still waiting for a response. I then called the Wellington location, and they asked me to drop the dress off and pick it up the next day. When I arrived to pick it up, it was not ready. They asked me to return the following day. Tide Cleaners is an excellent dry cleaning service. Using the online screen in the storefront is easy and efficient. Any potential problem is handled quickly just by picking up the available phone. Clothes are cleaned quickly and beautifully and are returned well packaged. You are kept informed about your garments throughout the entire process via text. Charges are a bit high, but discounts are frequently available. Highly recommended!!!!

I dropped off 2 items on Sunday, March 15, 2026 i received a text message from tide stating that my clothing was received. I called tide on today Wednesday March 17 @ 5:30pm to find out what's the status on me picking up my clothing woman answered saying that my clothing are no where to be found. This is a big inconvenience for me, now I have to wait to speak to a manager to find out what happened to my clothes. Absurd and not acceptable!!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! I dropped off my items a week ago and they’re still on the floor from when I dropped it off. Totally unacceptable. Then they said they’ll send someone from Wellington to come open the door to get my DIRTY STUFF!!! I will not ever be using this place again.
