I thought the experience without a human up from would be difficult but it turns out to be one of the easiest and best experiences I've had with dry cleaning. The app is great and dropping off and picking up is easy. It's not to mention the woman's voice on the prompts is very comforting

They do an excellent job. The turnaround time is fast and the clothes are always the way they should be. I like the convenience of the 24/7 kiosk and use it at all hours of the day and night.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I were out of town and needed a suit and dress to be cleaned for a wedding. I was hesitant at first because there is only a Kiosk and drop off bin. However, an employee by the name of marlin came to the rescue. He showed us how to create our account and how to drop off. He answered all of our questions so nicely and even showed us how the conveyor would pick up our clothes. Technology is truly something! EDIT FROM MY LAST REVIEW!!! my original review wasn't favorable ( you can read below) a few days after I left that review I received a call from the owner or manager! They gave me very sincere apology without making excuses, very professional and sincere...also credited my account towards a future services. I'll be trying them out again!! I dropped off 3 shirts to be washed, folded and boxed on Friday, March 31st and it was noted that they'd be ready the next day. I went back to pick them up on Sunday, (not Saturday) April 2nd and was told I had nothing to be picked up. I was able to speak with someone there who said my items were not at that location, but someone will bring them to the location the next day, Monday April 3rd.
