I usually go to this location to dry clean some of my clothes and I love it, but this last time I was there I found that they left a stain in one of my cardigans that wasn’t there at the moment I left my cardigan. I left it there for 3 more times for them to fix it but the stain is still there. I feel sad because that was my favorite location to go for dry cleaning but I won’t be going again after this inconvenient.
Update: They found the suit and shirt, and offered to have it dry cleaned for free. I understand things like this could happen, but I am not sure I would return to the place to this particular place/location to have my dry cleaning done. THEY LOST OUR SUIT! THE BLAZER, PANTS AND DRESS SHIRT!!! My mother dropped off a suit and dress shirt on Saturday afternoon. My mom received the email that items were dropped off and was given a bag number. I thought the experience without a human up from would be difficult but it turns out to be one of the easiest and best experiences I've had with dry cleaning. The app is great and dropping off and picking up is easy. It's not to mention the woman's voice on the prompts is very comforting
They do an excellent job. The turnaround time is fast and the clothes are always the way they should be. I like the convenience of the 24/7 kiosk and use it at all hours of the day and night.
Great experience always!!! I ve been a costumer for almost a year and I can tell they are amazing.
