Their service is very efficient and fast. Drop off today ready tomorrow, almost every time. The 24 hour pick-up and drop off is also extremely helpful. The work is also very good with all my clothes being washed, pressed and ready with professional results.
This is so easy and convenient to use, at first I was concerned there was no human interaction at drop off and pickup but the service has been quick and seamless. I drive 20 min just to use this 24 hour service and it’s still worth the effort.
I lowered my rate to 3 stars At the beginning they were fast and always kept me up when eve clothes were ready.. now I don’t get any more updates., and is not a 24 hour dry cleaning place anymore ., which is the main reason I chose this place Pricy 💰
Update: They found the suit and shirt, and offered to have it dry cleaned for free. I understand things like this could happen, but I am not sure I would return to the place to this particular place/location to have my dry cleaning done. THEY LOST OUR SUIT! THE BLAZER, PANTS AND DRESS SHIRT!!! My mother dropped off a suit and dress shirt on Saturday afternoon. My mom received the email that items were dropped off and was given a bag number. The computer screen froze/unresponsive; I had to press it several times before it worked. Also, there is no working assistance at the Shops at Andros facility.
