I started using tide cleaners last year when I had spilled some red wine on a silk Blazer. I had checked with various cleaners and none seem to give me any confidence that would be able to get it out. The representatives there at tide told me that if it didn't come out the first time that they would try it again at no charge. With that I gave it a try and they did an amazing job. This place has always been great... until today. I showed up at 5:25 to pick up some clothes I need for tomorrow. The door was locked and the girl literally looked at me through the window and shook her head. This is the same girl who told me a couple days ago to pick these up after 4. It would have taken 2 minutes for her to let me in and hand me my stuff, but no. Not impressed.

I have been using this location for years and have always been pleased with the service and staff. One particular person, however, deserves a specific mention: Sierra. She is just so personable, pleasant, and friendly, and she has a remarkable memory that allows her to greet customers by name as they enter the store. I hope that management appreciates how well she represents them. If I owned a service business, I would be fortunate to have staff such as Sierra.

Thank you for having such a wonderful employee, Sierra, at this location. She is friendly and helpful. She often helps carry dry cleaning to my car and even comes and get it out of the car if I am stuck on the phone. She always makes sure my order is correct . My husband wanted his dresses shirts folded for a trip. He was hopping they would be less wrinkled when he arrived. It was the opposite and he had to iron them all. Worst customer service ever. I went there on Saturday morning (June 25th) for the first time. The person in the counter hate her job. When I said it is my first time here she said "I do not care what you are saying". I still can't believe that person is working there. If you hate so much your job, get another one. Hope a manager read this. I guess the worker hate a Hispanic person going to the store to request a service.
