The Tide cleaners is bright, airy, and a cheery environment. I like the cleaners and brought my white Ralph Lauren Polo pants to be cleaned after spilling hot chocolate on them. All the stains were removed and the pants cleaned and returned to me in the newest of condition looks.
This cleaners saved me in a huge way. I had a freak accident with my mother of the bride dress for my daughter's wedding 1 week prior to the wedding. I just knew it was ruined and was going to cost a fortune to even attempt to clean it. They were so prompt at getting my dress back to me even better than it was before the accident and for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. I can't rave enough about how thankful I am that I took my dress here!!
My experience with Tide Cleaners in Stonecrest has been nothing but positive. The employees are extremely pleasant and welcoming. My clothes are meticulously organized for pickup, with rare (almost never) incidents of needing to be redone.
Been a Tide customer for years, even before this location. Unfortunately recently one of my shirts was misplaced, and without any issue Cliff the manager contacted me and made it right. I was extremely impressed and thankful and glad to continue my business with a company that truly values their customers. I'll be back soon!
Cory is very professional and made my dry cleaning experience very pleasant! He was very knowledgeable for the fabric of my dress. Which was cleaned beautifully! It looks brand new! Highly recommend this place!
