I bring my contour garments to Tide because of the extra care they take. Also, the customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Just yesterday I was urgently scrambling to pick up my clothes and the gentleman was kind enough to wait for me. Highly recommended.
My experience every time is top notch. It is run very efficiently. The staff is always kind and helpful. Remembers me by name now. I would highly recommend this cleaners to everyone. All the items I have brought have been cleaned well.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone to have this experience. When I picked up my clothes, my white dress had a brown stain on the cuff. This was a very obvious stain, and the employee agreed it was not there because the didn’t mark it. The employees tried to go back and make it “better” and said Amanda the manager was supposed to call me and never heard a word. Cleaning and pressing is not to the Elite standards I’m accustomed to. For the first time in 25 years, I had to bring 2 items back for better cleaning.
