I wasn’t sure I wanted to patronize Tide Cleaners after they purchased my favorite family owned brand. However, they have kept the staff that I’m familiar with and offer great service. My clothes continue to be cared for with great detail. This has been a good experience.
I have nothing but good things to say about Tide Cleaners. Everything is always cleaned and pressed with care. All the people who work in the Ballantyne location at Stonecrest are professional and friendly, I love that I can count on them with my clothing.
I absolutely love Tide Cleaners! The service is always excellent, and they make me feel like I’m their only client every time I walk in. I think that Tide do a very good and quick job. The only problem I have had is pressing my pants. They press a lot of my pants down the sides and not down the center of pants. I have never seen this done anywhere else. I am talking about the crease that goes down the middle.
