I ALWAYS get SUPERB results from this dry cleaner! That's why I drive from Wesley Chapel to Stonecrest to bring my clothing there. And the woman behind the counter is always pleasant as well!
Great staff. Efficient turn on orders and text updates on status helps. Cost of cleaning has escalated to the point that I bring less and do more at home.
I bring my contour garments to Tide because of the extra care they take. Also, the customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Just yesterday I was urgently scrambling to pick up my clothes and the gentleman was kind enough to wait for me. Highly recommended.
My experience every time is top notch. It is run very efficiently. The staff is always kind and helpful. Remembers me by name now. I would highly recommend this cleaners to everyone. All the items I have brought have been cleaned well.
It was a little rocky with the transition in the beginning, but Todd came around and got some good people in there and our orders are complete when we get them back
