I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I don’t want anyone to have this experience. When I picked up my clothes, my white dress had a brown stain on the cuff. This was a very obvious stain, and the employee agreed it was not there because the didn’t mark it. The employees tried to go back and make it “better” and said Amanda the manager was supposed to call me and never heard a word. Cleaning and pressing is not to the Elite standards I’m accustomed to. For the first time in 25 years, I had to bring 2 items back for better cleaning.
Great cleaners! Had a flood at my apt. and all my clothes have to be drycleaned, or washed. They have dine a great job on my jackets,, and sweater.

I brought in an expensive custom made bed coverlet and sham set that I just wanted to freshen up with dry cleaning. When I picked everything up, there were two "redish" ( rust?) stains on one of the shams. They are going to "redo" the cleaning, but I am worried and very upset. The clerk said it might have come from their "machine". Since when do you have a dry cleaning machine that actually causes stains instead of removing them?
