I have nothing but good things to say about Tide Cleaners. Everything is always cleaned and pressed with care. All the people who work in the Ballantyne location at Stonecrest are professional and friendly, I love that I can count on them with my clothing.
I absolutely love Tide Cleaners! The service is always excellent, and they make me feel like I’m their only client every time I walk in. The services are tremendously outstanding! They always provide the personal care to each individual they serve. I also appreciate the app that makes paying in advance accessible and convenient. All I have to do is come in and pick my clothing up.
The staff there is always so nice. No matter who is working they always try to take care of you. The clothes and bedding are always so clean. I love using this drycleaner.
I think that Tide do a very good and quick job. The only problem I have had is pressing my pants. They press a lot of my pants down the sides and not down the center of pants. I have never seen this done anywhere else. I am talking about the crease that goes down the middle.
