I have been going to Elite Cleaners on Carmel Road for 6+ years. They have been bought by Tide. My shirts are now put on the hanger backwards and there is no heavy starch anymore. Plus, I really don’t like to be greeted by employees wearing bowling shirts. I’m leaving.

The service was on par with what you expect. I just didn't realize when you become a "Tide" cleaner your prices increase so much. I don't remember paying so much for a suit... There's pickup and delivery services that charge less all around.
Very good experience. Location is very convenient to my home and service at drop off and pick up was very easy. Friendly employees.
