Have been going to this dry cleaners for years occasionally as I do not have items to clean, I recently brought in a tablecloth to be cleaned. Upon picking it up, the gentleman helping me noticed there was a tear. They promptly addressed it and fixed the item. Their service and attentiveness was wonderful.
I have asked 4 times for the black plastic clips not to be put on my pants/shorts(as they are put over the paper roll) that I bring in and it is still done. I have written it down, the manager has written it down AND it is on the personal instruction page AND they still are doing it. Unbelievable! I believe that I am looking for another dry cleaner that can read.
I took in a queen mattress pad to be washed, and asked that there be no fragrance used to clean it. I should have checked before I walked out--when I was about to put it away for future use, I caught a whiff, and sure enuf, there was an odor. I definitely won't be going back there again.
I had an EXTRAORDINARY experience at Tide Cleaners in Rea Rd. While the quality of cleaning and service levels are always excellent, on Sunday I was running late to pick-up my clothes before an international trip. I called ahead and Susan(?) pulled my items and had my invoice ready to pay. As I left, despite staying up 5 minutes past their closing time for me, she wished ME a wonderful and blessed day. Leaving this review as a small token of my appreciation is the least I could do.
A very professional and friendly staff. My clothes are always clean, well pressed and on time. I appreciate working with them every week.
