Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. Not only that, but the other 2 jackets I picked up today were pressed the exact same way. They all looked terrible. Something here has changed for the better. Staff is more friendly and helpful and without even asking I could pick tomorrow. No rush used to be a week. Great job!
Stopped by and spoke to Linda. She was very friendly and helpful! Tide offers same day service and their turnaround time is very quick. I highly recommend bringing your clothes here.
How do you bring two comforters in with pillow shams and no pillow shams exist when time to pick up!! I have gone in 3 times already, still no idea where my pillow shams are!! Unreal. Terrible!!! Ive never experienced this with a dry cleaning service before!! Do you want to buy me new comforters and shams? The person working doesn't even seem to care that I'm not getting them returned to me. Sad.
Tide Cleaners David Blvd why every I bring my button down shirts in to be laundered they want to dry clean them. For months on Mondays I bring in the shirts I wore for the week at work and they laundry then on a hanger. Never a problem. Then without reason I bring in the same shirts and a new person tells me sorry they have to be dry cleaned. For months they laundry the shirts on a hanger and suddenly they have to be dry cleaned.
