Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. Not only that, but the other 2 jackets I picked up today were pressed the exact same way. They all looked terrible. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but my experience with Tide Cleaners has been incredibly frustrating. I dropped off laundry on Friday morning and was told it would be ready Monday after 6 PM. By Monday night, the order still showed as “in progress.” I called Tuesday morning and was told no one knew where my laundry was, but that someone would call me back. Tide Cleaners did a great job dry cleaning my comfortor. It came out perfectly and they were fast. I’ve used Tide several times.
