As you can see in these photos, I was there 10 minutes (took photos after a few minutes of begging to let me in) before they closed, and this employee snarled and mocked me through the window. Everyone spends too much money to be treated with such disrespect. I think I will opt to drive to a place that is more respectful. Quality is okay, but staff is terrible.
Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. Not only that, but the other 2 jackets I picked up today were pressed the exact same way. They all looked terrible. Work is usually very good, Prices are competitive, and location is convenient. Only had one issue and they stood behind correcting it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend
Overpriced, and they don’t even put a button on my husband’s shorts as requested for service. They press his shorts when he asked them not to. Their service has gone way down hill
Items generally are cleaned and presented well. The lady who works there is delightful when she smiles. I hope God gives her lots of reasons to do so.
