Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but my experience with Tide Cleaners has been incredibly frustrating. I dropped off laundry on Friday morning and was told it would be ready Monday after 6 PM. By Monday night, the order still showed as “in progress.” I called Tuesday morning and was told no one knew where my laundry was, but that someone would call me back. Overpriced, and they don’t even put a button on my husband’s shorts as requested for service. They press his shorts when he asked them not to. Their service has gone way down hill

Tide Cleaners did a great job dry cleaning my comfortor. It came out perfectly and they were fast. I’ve used Tide several times.
