I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but my experience with Tide Cleaners has been incredibly frustrating. I dropped off laundry on Friday morning and was told it would be ready Monday after 6 PM. By Monday night, the order still showed as “in progress.” I called Tuesday morning and was told no one knew where my laundry was, but that someone would call me back. Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. I recently had a disappointing experience at Tide Dry Cleaners that I feel compelled to share. I brought in a beautiful dress, hoping to have it perfectly cleaned for an upcoming event. Unfortunately, my expectations were far from met. When I picked up the dress, I noticed that it didn’t look any better than when I dropped it off. I can’t figure out the problem, but I have asked at least 10 times to reduce my starch profile to light starch. I even had a Regional manager look into the problem. Every week I pick up my shirts and nothing has changed. I enjoy the convenience of Tide, but the starch level is still way to high.
