As you can see in these photos, I was there 10 minutes (took photos after a few minutes of begging to let me in) before they closed, and this employee snarled and mocked me through the window. Everyone spends too much money to be treated with such disrespect. I think I will opt to drive to a place that is more respectful. Quality is okay, but staff is terrible.
I’ve been using this dry cleaning service at Kings lake location for quite some time, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. My clothes come back clean, fresh, and perfectly cared for every time. Their excellent customer service and reliability keep me coming back. Highly recommended!
Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. Not only that, but the other 2 jackets I picked up today were pressed the exact same way. They all looked terrible. This place is my favorite place to go, and I always found someone who really taking care of me , do nor remember her name but she stated working at 4p. Very nice lady, because of her I deeply recommend Tide Cleaners.
Work is usually very good, Prices are competitive, and location is convenient. Only had one issue and they stood behind correcting it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend
