Excellent Customer Service. Can improve a bit on time of delivery. Also just and idea make home pick ups and delivery. For the right hourly rate I can do that for the company. Just saying. Merry Christmas

Work is usually very good, Prices are competitive, and location is convenient. Only had one issue and they stood behind correcting it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend

Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. Not only that, but the other 2 jackets I picked up today were pressed the exact same way. They all looked terrible. Overpriced, and they don’t even put a button on my husband’s shorts as requested for service. They press his shorts when he asked them not to. Their service has gone way down hill

The woman who helped me was afraid to tell me the amount of the cost. One king size comforter cost $62 to clean!!! Are you insane? NEVER AGAIN! She was very sweet and kind, but I will never bring my cleaning items here again. GET REAL!!!
