Well, unfortunately Tide Cleaners lost a customer today. I have tried to be patient with you guys, but you keep pressing my suit jackets incorrectly. For the 3rd time in a row, you pressed the collar on my black sport jacket so that the collar doesn't cover the lining underneath. It looked terrible, even hanging on the hanger. I can’t figure out the problem, but I have asked at least 10 times to reduce my starch profile to light starch. I even had a Regional manager look into the problem. Every week I pick up my shirts and nothing has changed. I enjoy the convenience of Tide, but the starch level is still way to high.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Tide Dry Cleaners that I feel compelled to share. I brought in a beautiful dress, hoping to have it perfectly cleaned for an upcoming event. I only go there because unfortunately everywhere else is very inconvenient. For almost a year now I asked for only one thing, please don’t sew the top button back on and they confirmed it’s in the notes both in english and Spanish. Now my shirts are getting a hole in them because they keep sewing the button back on and I have to clip it back off. I have 10 dress shirts that are ruined at $100 each! Great service here! Had a very difficult coffee stain that I wasn't able to get out in my medical school white coat in a highly visible spot, and received my white coat back like it was brand new! Hunter at the front was very professional and attentive to our needs. Thank you!!!
