Micah was SO helpful and SO kind!! I took my very special 35 year old blanket there and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I always receive outstanding customer service at the Tide location in Providence Commons. Mica is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It is nice to be greeted with a smile when I walk into their store. Tide cleans clothing beautifully and makes it look new again. I especially like the beautiful fragrance they add as a finishing touch. I recently needed a smock repaired, and their alterations lady did a perfect job adding an extra layer of fabric to anchor it. Delivery driver races through my neighborhood at about 40 mph right past people walking dogs and kids, should be fired and lose his license.
