We have been loyal customers for 10+ years. Nice improvement when Tide took over. Love the staff! Prices could be more reasonable, but overall, we're happy with the service they provide (clothes are always done earlier than projected).

Micah was SO helpful and SO kind!! I took my very special 35 year old blanket there and from start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I dropped off a king size comforter to be cleaned just before closing on my new home. It was my first ever visit to Tide Cleaners. I was told it would take a week but it only took five days. I picked it up and was so surprised to see it was returned in a plastic zipper bag (much like when you purchase comforters from the store!) The service was wonderful and I will definitely use them again. Please open one closer to me in Union county! 😉
I always receive outstanding customer service at the Tide location in Providence Commons. Mica is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It is nice to be greeted with a smile when I walk into their store. Tide cleans clothing beautifully and makes it look new again. I especially like the beautiful fragrance they add as a finishing touch. I recently needed a smock repaired, and their alterations lady did a perfect job adding an extra layer of fabric to anchor it.
