I don't know how they do it but their service is above and beyond. I dropped off a linen suit for dry cleaning yesterday morning and it was ready this morning, less than 24 hours after drop-off. The staff, particularly Susan and Mica, are always friendly and cheerful.
Mica is the best. She is awesome in customer service. Even offers to bring clothes outside and offers water if the weather is hot. She is detailed attention to clientele. She deserves a bonus or a raise. She engages with the customer as well which makes everyone feel like family. It doesnt feel like just business transactions. She goes over and beyond for customers
Mica was very professional and helpful. She provided excellent customer service. I will be recommending this store to anyone who needs a cleaner.
