The staff at this store are outstanding! I need extra help, as I have MS, and they assist me with everything. They clean even tough stain and delicate items the best i have ever seen. I drive several extra miles to this store for their kindness and expertise.
Used them 2x now, both times friendly and professional. First time I needed an expedite for next day, they delivered. Second time wasn’t a rush and they were on-time in 48hrs. Simple dress shirts for a light starch press were $4-6/shirt. I’ve never asked for creases sleeves, but I’m sure they do it. I’d use them again!
I’ve been going here for years. Service is excellent. Prices are reasonable. I’ve been consistently happy with the way our clothes look after cleaning.
Brought two white button downs there to get cleaned for my wedding, the one was brand new and when I picked it up, there are permanent creases all over the one cuff and a brown line on the other. Not exactly the look I’m going for on my wedding day. Which is in two days.
I had a small 2’ x 3’ area rug and a runner that needed dry cleaning. I had stopped by Pilgrim and was given a quote that was so high they suggested I wash the rugs instead. But because of the backing and needing a large capacity washer, I did not take that advice. I decided to stop by Tide give them a try. I am so glad I did.
