Great service and clothes are cleaned and ironed very well. They went above and beyond by calling to let me know my order was ready early. They are very good!!!
I had a small 2’ x 3’ area rug and a runner that needed dry cleaning. I had stopped by Pilgrim and was given a quote that was so high they suggested I wash the rugs instead. But because of the backing and needing a large capacity washer, I did not take that advice. I decided to stop by Tide give them a try. I am so glad I did. The Eden Prairie Tide is my favorite dry cleaner. Have never had any issues. Dry cleaning and pressing has been superb. And the staff are so nice too.
Outstanding Service from beginning to end! So happy to have found Tide Cleaners. We used wash and fold services and will HIGHLY recommend it! It is fantastic! I wish I could give more than 5 stars
Maybe cost a bit more but worth the added cost. Just have them do my work shirts and they always come back nicely clean and pressed. Good customer service as well.
