I had a small 2’ x 3’ area rug and a runner that needed dry cleaning. I had stopped by Pilgrim and was given a quote that was so high they suggested I wash the rugs instead. But because of the backing and needing a large capacity washer, I did not take that advice. I decided to stop by Tide give them a try. I am so glad I did. Clothes came back clean and neatly folded. I did ask for unscented everything…but everything came back very much not unscented. Other than that, the service was good. The price was roughly $3.45 per pound of laundry.
Great Service but the prices are off the charts! I could have bought a whole new comforter with the money they charged me to clean it! CRAZY expensive!!!
Tide cleaners has the friendliest staff and the best turn around times! Love dropping off my stuff and actually getting it all back, haha! And cleaned!
Customer service here is superb. I’ll with update with the gentleman’s name in a follow up post. There was an opportunity to be little me as I was not aware there is a few cleaning and press options and it was explained to me in a studious way.
