Jacket was beautifully cleaned including disappearance of stain on cuff! Easy to pick up on Sunday with your automated service including forgotten password recovery.
Dropped off suit on Monday and was told it would be ready for pick up after 5:00 the next day. At 11:30 the next day I received a text that my suit was ready for pick up. Service was great! Employee who helped me was very cheerful. The only reason i didn't give this five stars is that my suit has a chemical odor now. I'm hanging it up outside my closet to try to "air it out" a bit.

The dry cleaners I had used before were fabulous but stopped providing service in the Omaha area. I was given Tide as a recommendation and now I wished I’d have gone here years before. They are amazing and have never let me down. Very fast turn around on getting clothes back. The self service makes it so much easier. The staff at 180th and Pacific street is OUTSTANDING.
I did not have any negative issues. Very pleasant clerk.
