Two of my gowns were returned damaged due to the way they were hung. Rather than using the provided safe hanging straps inside the gowns, one dress was safety pinned to the hanger and got stretched out and puckered where the pinholes were. The other gown is off-the shoulder and has some elasticity to it. Once again, instead of using the straps that are sewn into the dress for the sole purpose of hanging, they pulled the sleeves over the wire hanger and stretched them out. I've been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner for years, and they never disappoint! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely trustworthy. They take the time to remember their customers and go above and beyond with their service. If anyone can remove a tough stain or save a favorite garment, it’s them. They truly work magic on clothes! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dry cleaning.
This is the only Tide Cleaners location I have used for dry cleaning, but I am very satisfied. I’m always treated with warm but professional courtesy. I’m normally not in a hurry to get my cleaning back, but just this week I had to have my suit the next day for court. “No problem. We will take care of it” was the immediate response. Give them a try!
Love Tide cleaners! I’ve never had any issues with our items. I’ve dropped off clothes, comforters and always have received them back in clean and excellent condition. Additionally, Felicia & Tony are two wonderful and professional people. Always providing great customer service. I truly always enjoy seeing them when I come by to drop off items.
