I brought 1 beige-colored hoodie in with some fresh blue stains on it that appeared after going through my washing machine. 3 or 4 days later, I picked it up with a tag on it that said “we found a stain and couldn’t remove it.” They charged me $9 for that 1 hoodie even though there was no difference, and I left feeling pretty unsatisfied. However, the employees at the front desk were really nice and friendly.
