Store has hours from 1-7PM, but a piece of paper saying “New Store Hours 3-7PM” is taped to the front door… however store is closed. Full of people’s clothes though!
They lost my dress shirt. I had a suit and 2 dress shirts in one of their tide bags. the suit and 1 shirt came back. They were of no help in recovering it. The items are never individually itemized, so it's just a chance of luck to get your clothing returned to you. I expected better service for those high prices.
Couldn’t be more frustrated! My washing machine is broken and I’m waiting on a new one to be delivered. So in the meantime I’m having to use other resources in the meantime for this family of 5! I thought this was a great option! They wash, sort and fold everything! Sounds great no, until I received everything and nothing was sorted, and hardly folded.
