I haven't been to a dry cleaners in years, but my mom gave me my grandmother's wedding dress from 1938. My mom indicated she didn't know if she would take it to the dry cleaners as it might just disintegrate. I took the chance and it paid off. The dress is beautiful. Tide Cleaners did such a great job and even put tissue paper in the sleeves. I will cherish it forever. Thank you! (See photos below)

No issues here! Everyone that works there has been extremely pleasant. All my suits have come back perfectly cleaned and pressed and quickly too. I love the app and appreciate the discounts.
After searching for a place with good reviews I had my Alaskan king comforter picked up to be cleaned. Upon getting my comforter back and opening it up, the fabric was matted in multiple places, the seams of my comforter are matted and very noticeable now. I trusted this place with my 300$ plush comforter only to have it ruined. Avoid them for your over sized comforters as it's very clear that don't have the ability to adequately take care of a comforter of that size or material.
