I want to compliment Ann who works at the cleaners in Glen Lake. I always look forward to seeing her when I come in for many reasons. She always has a smile on her face and is ready for a conversation. I always leave with a smile on my face! I know whatever I drop off is well taken care of and correctly returned. One example is a winner coat I dropped off. When I picked it up my belt wasn't on the coat. It took about a month, but Ann tracked it down and called me. That's what I call excellent customer service!
