The location is very fast, professional, and clean, and my shirts came back perfectly starched (medium/heavy), crisp and flat, but one of them was badly damaged at the collar, rendering it a loss. This was one of my best tailored shirts. (See image) The store manager quickly owned up to it and gave me a significant credit for future cleaning (honestly, this credit will last several months for me!) I've had additional items cleaned, and all has been good. Great friendly staff with amazing technology in the store.

They cleaned 2 suits for us. The process was quick,fast, the store was clean and organized. So glad this service is avail locally. We have already taken our daughters wedding dress there to be cleaned. Would give 10 stars is it was possible.
Finally, a great place close to home! Tide Cleaners is awesome! The customer service is phenomenal, Jocelyn listened, took care of business and was quick! With the excellent customer service, fast turn around and my laundry is on point. Exactly how I like it! Most definitely found my new cleaners!
