DO NOT bring your clothes here. I dropped off a dress on Monday and asked for it to be pressed and at a fastener to the chest. I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. I call on Friday and am told it would be ready that evening. I stop by on Saturday and am told they don’t have the dress and don’t know when it will be ready. I called the Draper location where they said they sent it for alterations and that guy said it should be done by now but that they couldn’t find it. The location is very fast, professional, and clean, and my shirts came back perfectly starched (medium/heavy), crisp and flat, but one of them was badly damaged at the collar, rendering it a loss. This was one of my best tailored shirts. (See image) The store manager quickly owned up to it and gave me a significant credit for future cleaning (honestly, this credit will last several months for me!) I've had additional items cleaned, and all has been good. Great friendly staff with amazing technology in the store.
Place makes it so easy to do my dry cleaning. The ease of the drive thru is great. The kids that work there and help are amazing-always service with a smile and always going above and beyond with their customer service. One of my greatest finds moving to Utah.

They got blood out of my jeans and another stain out, that definitely shouldn’t have come. Kadyn helped me out quick and efficiently. Cloths came back great and on time. Plus it’s just a drop off and pick up place which is super convenient.
