Place makes it so easy to do my dry cleaning. The ease of the drive thru is great. The kids that work there and help are amazing-always service with a smile and always going above and beyond with their customer service. One of my greatest finds moving to Utah.
The location is very fast, professional, and clean, and my shirts came back perfectly starched (medium/heavy), crisp and flat, but one of them was badly damaged at the collar, rendering it a loss. This was one of my best tailored shirts. (See image) The store manager quickly owned up to it and gave me a significant credit for future cleaning (honestly, this credit will last several months for me!) I've had additional items cleaned, and all has been good. Great friendly staff with amazing technology in the store.
I’ve used Tide cleaners about 3 times & I've enjoyed their service cleaning my suits & they always come back neatly pressed & cleaned. I wish the pricing was a bit lower but they’re better than some other businesses around us. Staff have been decent to interact with. I give 4 stars because I still want to see if service can improve because it always can be!
They got blood out of my jeans and another stain out, that definitely shouldn’t have come. Kadyn helped me out quick and efficiently. Cloths came back great and on time. Plus it’s just a drop off and pick up place which is super convenient.
My order was ready quickly. It looked great. They even helped me with a coupon when I couldn’t find mine.
