I needed same day cleaning. I dropped my items off at 7:30 am. and they were ready by2:30! Was able to pick them up on my way home. Friendly and they did a nice job
Kids that work there do really well. Work hard, are professional and quick to help you as soon as you walk in. Polite and courteous. Never had an issue with my clothes, payment, anything. Store is always clean and it’s a great experience.
I dropped off a large dry cleaning order last year and completely forgot it until dropping off another batch of clothing for dry cleaning today. I never received a call, text, any sort of communication that my items had been at this location for an extended period of time. If I could make this a 0 star review I would. 0 compassion, 0 empathy, 0 communication and horrible customer service. Wish I got the name of the manager, whomever the manager is (sounded like an older guy) needs to be given a lessen on how to speak to people.Will not be back ever and do not recommend this place for any service especially for wedding dress restoration. Our Tide Cleaners near Kyles Station Road has always done a great job for us. Their process is so smooth and everyone we have encountered at this location have been so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
