After everything below a week later I open my bedding to put the newly dry cleaned item on only to find they were never cleaned. From what I understand it’s almost impossible to talk to the manager/ owner Dominic. I’m so annoyed. I paid the fee but got nothing in return. That’s just not cool at all. They are quick to attend to customers. I never wait long. So friendly and polite, even hanging my items in the back of my car for my convenience. Such a pleasant place to do business with. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Had a little hiccup with having a couple of patches attached to my white coat for school and when I went to pick it up, there was some miscommunication, but Dominic and his crew were absolutely amazing as a matter of fact, he made a special trip in on Sunday depress my coats for me and make sure I had what they needed. Fast efficient affordable polite professional helpful. They make it so so easy every single time! I am always impressed. No pun intended. They do beautiful work and always ready when they say it will be.
The service people are so nice and willing to please. I came back for a recent drop off. They not only returned my recent items but they found items that I forgot from a few months back. I feel my items are safe here and in good hands.
