If I could make this a 0 star review I would. 0 compassion, 0 empathy, 0 communication and horrible customer service. Wish I got the name of the manager, whomever the manager is (sounded like an older guy) needs to be given a lessen on how to speak to people.Will not be back ever and do not recommend this place for any service especially for wedding dress restoration. After everything below a week later I open my bedding to put the newly dry cleaned item on only to find they were never cleaned. From what I understand it’s almost impossible to talk to the manager/ owner Dominic. I’m so annoyed. I paid the fee but got nothing in return. That’s just not cool at all. At drop off I was told things should be ready Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Never got an email or any type of communication. I drop in on a Thursday and my things are in separate place. They are quick to attend to customers. I never wait long. So friendly and polite, even hanging my items in the back of my car for my convenience. Such a pleasant place to do business with. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The service people are so nice and willing to please. I came back for a recent drop off. They not only returned my recent items but they found items that I forgot from a few months back. I feel my items are safe here and in good hands.
We use the local Tide Cleaners for laundry, dry cleaning, comforters /blankets and they always do an amazing job getting them clean and things don't fade as much as when I've washed them myself. Definitely worth the small amount of money to maintain our comforters and coverlets looking nice. They have great turnaround time and so convenient! I also love the breathable plastic bags they deliver the comforters and coverlets in - makes it so easy to store and they are ready for the next season's use!
