If I could make this a 0 star review I would. 0 compassion, 0 empathy, 0 communication and horrible customer service. Wish I got the name of the manager, whomever the manager is (sounded like an older guy) needs to be given a lessen on how to speak to people.Will not be back ever and do not recommend this place for any service especially for wedding dress restoration. After everything below a week later I open my bedding to put the newly dry cleaned item on only to find they were never cleaned. From what I understand it’s almost impossible to talk to the manager/ owner Dominic. I’m so annoyed. I paid the fee but got nothing in return. That’s just not cool at all. At drop off I was told things should be ready Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Never got an email or any type of communication. I drop in on a Thursday and my things are in separate place. Turn around time is super especially if you need it yesterday. Curtains, pants, tops alterations are always top notch perfection. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with Tide services.
They are quick to attend to customers. I never wait long. So friendly and polite, even hanging my items in the back of my car for my convenience. Such a pleasant place to do business with. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The service people are so nice and willing to please. I came back for a recent drop off. They not only returned my recent items but they found items that I forgot from a few months back. I feel my items are safe here and in good hands.
