Kids that work there do really well. Work hard, are professional and quick to help you as soon as you walk in. Polite and courteous. Never had an issue with my clothes, payment, anything. Store is always clean and it’s a great experience.
After everything below a week later I open my bedding to put the newly dry cleaned item on only to find they were never cleaned. From what I understand it’s almost impossible to talk to the manager/ owner Dominic. I’m so annoyed. I paid the fee but got nothing in return. That’s just not cool at all. At drop off I was told things should be ready Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Never got an email or any type of communication. I drop in on a Thursday and my things are in separate place. If I could make this a 0 star review I would. 0 compassion, 0 empathy, 0 communication and horrible customer service. Wish I got the name of the manager, whomever the manager is (sounded like an older guy) needs to be given a lessen on how to speak to people.Will not be back ever and do not recommend this place for any service especially for wedding dress restoration. They are quick to attend to customers. I never wait long. So friendly and polite, even hanging my items in the back of my car for my convenience. Such a pleasant place to do business with. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Turn around time is super especially if you need it yesterday. Curtains, pants, tops alterations are always top notch perfection. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with Tide services.
