The order was correct and the attendants were professional and polite. I took the order in on a Friday and was told it would be ready after 5 the next day (Saturday). I did not check the hours but could not make it and went in on the following Monday only to be told it would not be ready until after 5. The attendant said I should not have been told that. My daughter had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to go to. Of course she waited till the last minute to get her dresses pressed. I called Tide on a Saturday morning and they said if we get it to them fairly quickly, they can have it same day. I think my husband dropped it off Around 930 or 10 and we were able to pick it up at 1 o’clock. This is awesome service.
Great service! Clean and wonderfully pressed clothes. I honestly feel the pricing is a little high but where can you go and get such personal service. I wish that Tide Cleaners had coupons for those who use their stores often.
Never called when my wedding dress was done. Did call right away for the tux. Got a call several weeks after dropping off my dress asking me what I wanted done with it because whoever helped me did not put the info in right. Appears to be cleaned ok otherwise.
Friendly informative staff answered all my questions being a new customer. Drop off & pickup was easy. Will be doing more business in the future.thanks for great service
