Staff is friendly. My stuff always comes out nice and smells amazing. I take all my daughters dance competition costumes there and they do amazing work being delicate with all the jewels that come on the costumes.
I only take my clothes to tide. They do a fantastic job! The kids who work there are super knowledgeable and nice, the owner is the best guy ever, wouldn't go anywhere else!
After everything below a week later I open my bedding to put the newly dry cleaned item on only to find they were never cleaned. From what I understand it’s almost impossible to talk to the manager/ owner Dominic. I’m so annoyed. I paid the fee but got nothing in return. That’s just not cool at all. At drop off I was told things should be ready Tuesday maybe Wednesday. Never got an email or any type of communication. I drop in on a Thursday and my things are in separate place. Kids that work there do really well. Work hard, are professional and quick to help you as soon as you walk in. Polite and courteous. Never had an issue with my clothes, payment, anything. Store is always clean and it’s a great experience.
If I could make this a 0 star review I would. 0 compassion, 0 empathy, 0 communication and horrible customer service. Wish I got the name of the manager, whomever the manager is (sounded like an older guy) needs to be given a lessen on how to speak to people.Will not be back ever and do not recommend this place for any service especially for wedding dress restoration.
