Pros: this place is organized and quick to get things back. Prices are reasonable. Cons: This is not the place to go for any specialized cleaning or stains - there’s not attention to detail I’ve had several items cleaned here, no issues. However, I had a light blue silk blazer that got blueberry compote on it. At home, I immediately rinsed the stain and treated with vinegar, significantly reducing the stain’s appearance. Everything lately has come back with black marks or parts of the item destroyed. I sent a $1000 dress to them and they ruined the pearl detailing on it and it came back with black marks. DO NOT bring your nice clothes here. EDIT: Hi Jessica. With all due respect, absolutely not. This place is really expensive. I was willing to overlook that because it’s clean and convenient to where I live. But I’ve had two really rude customer service experiences. 1 because I didn’t bring my ticket. Another because I was unloading my clothes while the front desk worker was having an extended social conversation with another customer and she felt that was rude. I really wanted to like them. Unfortunately not a very engaging customer experience. They did not inform me that they didn’t clean one of my items. I didn’t find out until I wanted to wear it. However the tag said that it was a tough stain; however they hadn’t even tried to clean it. The belt was still on the dress and wasn’t pressed. I would be okay with that if they hadn’t charged me for the dress. As it was wrapped as if it was cleaned.
Professional, friendly and most importantly honest. Very rare these days. I accidentally left some cash inside the pocket and they kept it secure in an envelope until I went back to pick up my clothes. Thank you! Highly recommend them.
