Service was excellent but prices were literally shocking. $11.99 for a pair of slacks and $11.99 for a women's sleeveless knit shirt. This even exceeds the Denver dry cleaning price range posted on their own website!! I was hoping to find a quality cleaner and trusted their good reviews, but I'm going to continue looking for a cleaner for half the price. Sheesh!
I brought my custom senior overalls to Tide Cleaners for a DRY CLEANING — which apparently they don’t know how to do, because I got them back damp. These overalls were not cheap; I paid to have them custom made with paint and patches for my senior year. While the staff are friendly, the service was disappointing. I brought in multiple items and some were still damp when we took them out of the bags at home. The romper I needed cleaned for a wedding was returned to me with a new stain and the hook missing from the back neck clasp. We won’t be trusting Tide for any future dry cleaning needs.
My daughter trusted this business with her $580 custom senior overalls. Even with clear pictures, they got it wrong three separate times and returned them ruined. She missed her senior photo shoot because of this. A refund does not replace a one-of-a-kind item or that lost experience. What makes this worse is that a manager never called her once to take responsibility. Completely careless and unprofessional.
Everything lately has come back with black marks or parts of the item destroyed. I sent a $1000 dress to them and they ruined the pearl detailing on it and it came back with black marks. DO NOT bring your nice clothes here. EDIT: Hi Jessica. With all due respect, absolutely not.
