The cleaning looks like a nice job was done. For 2 kitchen window valences, it took a month to complete and cost $62. Extremely expensive.

My son dropped off the shirt while he was at the grocery store and I picked it up a week or so later. Shirt looks nice, clean and pressed nicely - much better than if I had attempted it!

My ticket said to pick my shirt up on a Tuesday. Went and not there. Was told to come back on that Friday. Went and it was finally there - week later. Needed it the next day. Gal said, oh ya they marked the day wrong, I should have known not to come on that Tuesday. Seriously?? My receipt shows a coupon to use. It’s 6 months expired!!! Went to do the online survey from the bottom of receipt. It doesn’t let you finish it and send it. This was my first time using this company and my first impression is not good.

Never reached out when my coat was done. I called and they never followed up. Super disappointing service for such a well-known brand. Follow-up from response: Checked all folders, spam included, and didn’t not receive an e-mail. Additionally, once again, no returned phone call. I tried.

Took a ties in to be cleaned and it came back damaged 2 spots. I returned it to be repaired. Has not been returned yet and over 30 days. They hung up on the lady helping me at Buehlers. No way for me to contact them directly. Will not use again. Was told they will email us but never asked for email address. This was our first and last experience here.
