Splitting my order into two different orders so as to not reach $25/order threshold for a coupon I had. When I asked to combine them as I dropped everything off at one time. I was told I needed to provide the coupon at drop off. Why bother offering a discount if you do everything to not honor it?
Bridesmaid dress was a bit of a mess but Tide Cleaners got it completed clean. It looks like new. I was able to use a $3. coupon which made the price reasonable.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Tide Cleaners. I received a coupon from them, which was the reason I decided to try their services. However, when I went to use the coupon, I was informed by an employee that it could only be used at drop off, as stated in the fine print. Clothing cleaned properly and quickly. Staff is competent and pleasant.
The cleaning and service are great. I’m very disappointed that the hangers, which appear to be brand new, are not recycled.
