I have always found the Woodmere Tide Cleaners to be very helpful. While I don't have a lot of dry cleaning to do I have come in multiple times with tablecloths that I cannot wash at home and they always do a great job. If there is a stain or something that they feel might not come out they let me know ahead of time although the majority of the time everything comes back clean and looking wonderful. I am very pleased with my dry cleaning service from Tide Cleaners. My pants have been pressed per my directions, and I was also pleased with my recent dry cleaning of my sweaters. I appreciate the fast service with a one day turn around time. Most of all, the prices are very, very fair for the services that they provide.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! They lost a $400 comforter, never once got so much as an apology and all my shirts were more wrinkled than they were when they were dropped off.
Love the personal service! (My long-time local location replaced people with machines. I drive 3x as far for the friendly human service & assistance.)
The Staff was friendly, the timing was very quick, and I love that clothing donations are accepted, cleaned, and given to those in need. Really special for me.
