We have been bringing our clothes to Tide Cleaners for many years. They do an A+ job and if there ever is something they missed, they take care of it immediately with no charge and no questions asked. Plus, the staff working there is very friendly. Highly recommended!
I took my coat in twice to get the zipper replaced and was told it does not need to be replaced because its off track. My coat zips but it splits. I got a phone call to make sure I wanted the zipper replaced. I confirmed I did and when I picked up the coat again it was still not replaced. There was another note stating the zipper is off track and was fixed. I still need my zipper replaced and will be looking for another cleaners. They did a good job on the two coats I got cleaned.
Always do a great job and the employees are so nice all the time. The one time I had a problem they fixed it without a problem!
This is my go to dry cleaner! Not only does my stuff come back fast and nicely pressed, they send surprise coupons! Unfortunately I don't know the ladies name that works there, but she is always super nice!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. NEVER GOING BACK!!!! They lost a $400 comforter, never once got so much as an apology and all my shirts were more wrinkled than they were when they were dropped off.
