I entrusted Tide Cleaners in Bainbridge with my wedding dress, one of the most sentimental items I own. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My dress went missing, and throughout the process I received multiple, conflicting explanations about what had happened. When we couldn't locate your dress at pickup, we put our most experienced staff on tracking it down, and we did — we returned it to you at no charge and offered a store credit for the inconvenience. At that time, you sent us photos showing remaining stains and snags at the bottom of the dress, which can happen with dresses that have been worn; we do our best on stains, but full removal isn't always possible.
