This is the best dry cleaner in Harrisburg. I have been a customer since they opened and they have taken good care of all of my garments. Not only that, they make it so convenient because they get the order done in 1-2 days and you can pick up your garments after hours using their automated system. They staff is very friendly, and make you feel like family and not just another number. I highly recommend Tide Cleaners to anyone looking for a great dry cleaner that has excellent customer service.

First time customer. Took in a wool dress which came back cleaned and smelled very nice but had been shrunk to one full size. Returned to see that could be remedied with steaming which was done and helped somewhat but the dress does not, nor will it, fit the same. Disappointed in the results and not sure I'll recommend or return for their services.

Tide cleaners has always done a great job My clothes are done perfectly and quickly. They take time to work on stains and loose buttons. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Best quality and customer service anywhere! Consistently provides excellent laundry and drycleaning services, but it is the superb staff that really places them head and shoulders above everyone else. I hope they open a location near me (Hershey), but for now, they are worth the trip. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve dropped my clothes off there twice. Every time I ask for a heavy starch, which they offer. Every time I’ve went to pick them up, they aren’t starched at all. They have offered to keep them and redo them, however I don’t have the time to drive back and forth for their mistakes. I figured they would offer me a discount for the constant error, yet I paid full price for jeans that were literally just washed and dried for me. $32 for nothing. I won’t be back.
