The ease of dropping off/picking up was great. Clothes were ready in less than 24 hours. Can’t give it 5 stars because I had a first-time customer coupon that I showed at drop-off. The individual working said she would take it off. When I picked up my clothes and paid, the discount was not taken off, and couldn’t be taken off because the coupons “need to be shown at drop-off.” I did that and yet it was not taken off. I left three items with them and had them available the next day. When my wife inadvertently left a few items behind, they put them safely aside. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional! I would definitely use their services again, and refer others.
They are THE BEST! I went in there with 2 30 gallon trash bags full of all kinds of things from my closet. Our contractor redid the master bathroom, which is right beside the closet, but never put up any containment. Every single item was covered in drywall dust. Hats, travel bags, suits, dress shirts, ties, belts, shoes, etc. Everything needed to be washed, ironed and put away. Awesome cleaners and very reasonable regarding pricing. Best cleaners in the area. Store manager, Thor is a really good guy !
I've been using their service for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely refer any and all people to use them for the laundry needs you may have. I use the wash and fold service but I wouldn't hesitate to use their other services if I needed to. They are worth every penny.
