This is the best dry cleaner in Harrisburg. I have been a customer since they opened and they have taken good care of all of my garments. Not only that, they make it so convenient because they get the order done in 1-2 days and you can pick up your garments after hours using their automated system. They staff is very friendly, and make you feel like family and not just another number. I highly recommend Tide Cleaners to anyone looking for a great dry cleaner that has excellent customer service.
Always have awesome service here. The prices are very fair. The drive up service is so handy. The app makes the whole process seamless ( no pun intended)
First time customer. Took in a wool dress which came back cleaned and smelled very nice but had been shrunk to one full size. Returned to see that could be remedied with steaming which was done and helped somewhat but the dress does not, nor will it, fit the same. Disappointed in the results and not sure I'll recommend or return for their services.

Zero stars. Awful experience. Sent my wedding dress to be preserved. They lost the dress. They have the worst customer service that I have ever been in contact with. We are 9 months out and they still haven’t rectified this issue despite us continuously reaching out.
