I’ve dropped my clothes off there twice. Every time I ask for a heavy starch, which they offer. Every time I’ve went to pick them up, they aren’t starched at all. They have offered to keep them and redo them, however I don’t have the time to drive back and forth for their mistakes. I figured they would offer me a discount for the constant error, yet I paid full price for jeans that were literally just washed and dried for me. $32 for nothing. I won’t be back.
I’ve had a great experience with Tide Cleaners! Their service is reliable, and they take great care of my items. Recently, my daughter's UGGs took a bit longer than expected, but they handled it well by offering an unexpected discount, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to see a company that values customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
Prices are expensive, but it’s a clean facility and they’re fast. Customer service could be better. I wish they would offer you more discounts because the prices really add up. It cost more to dry clean my hat than it was to dry clean my blazer. I don’t know why they charge so much for the hat. When I asked the worker what do they use to clean the hat, she didn’t know. This week on Tuesday morning Tide pickup team picked up my items, they were dry cleaned and returned on Thursday morning. This service is appreciated, efficient and a blessing to me. If you’re looking for the best dry cleaners in this area please try this business because I highly recommend it.
My LL Bean brown suede jacket was recently cleaned by Tide Cleaners for the first time. The collar had turned almost black due to the jacket being over 25 years old. It had to be sent away and was returned to me in perfect condition. It was cleaned beautifully and showed great care was taken to insure it looked as perfect as possible. Tide has also washed several quilts for us and always provided excellent results. The staff here is also very friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.
