WORST EVER they ruined a suit jacket then refused to reimburse me and went out of their way to purchase the same jacket to try to prove to me it was fine. Doing this instead of just reimbursing me just proves they do not care about customer service. HORRIFIC do not trust them with your clothing or business.
I had a dress with multiple stains that looked like an oil of some kind. They got them all out and had the dress ready in under 24 hours at a very reasonable price. I love this cleaner!

Tide cleaners does a fine job with the dry cleaning. Occasionally, the quality is not at 100% i.e. wrinkled collars , inadequate, pressing … but overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work. My issue is more with the ever increasing price. It now cost me $9.99 for every pair of pants I take in to be cleaned. Unfortunately, I will be seeking a less expensive option as the prices continue to creep up and it’s just not something that is sustainable.
Highland Oaks Dr Tide Cleaners in Estero has unbelievable customer service. The staff greats you, they are happy, seem to enjoy their job. Their services there are outstanding as well. I use to go to another Tide location that continuously pressed the buttons with so much heat they would crack and break, on very expensive shirts.
