The service is extraordinary from the staff to the cleaning, their use of technology to be available 24/7 is astounding to me! I’m even impressed with the quality of their hangers and the weight (mils) of their wraps. Best dry cleaner ever! Cost is a little higher than nearby competitors but willing to pay a premium for under 24 hour service, drive up drop/off & pickup and 24/7 access & service!
This dry cleaning service has been a dependable part of my routine for keeping clothes in good condition. I recently brought in office shirts and a blazer, and both were returned in excellent shape. As a new customer, I’ve been impressed from day one. Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. The entire team is upbeat, attentive, and knowledgeable—they even recognize my account and discounts as soon as I provide my phone number. My clothes are always returned in perfect condition, and the prices are very competitive. I’m delighted to be a customer and highly recommend them.
I am extremely disappointed with Tide Cleaners and will never use this location again. I brought in my nursing scrub top without any stains, and when I picked it up, it had pink discoloration all over it that was absolutely not there before. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the damage until I got home and the store was already closed, so there was no opportunity to address it immediately. Posted a couple of weeks ago warning people not to use Tide suites as they will not press the lapels properly. They attempted to contact me to make it right. I gave them a second chance but they messed up the lapels again. Tide! Please don't reach out to me. Reach out to your employees and provide them with the training and support to do the job right.
