Being an ex-military wife I am very picky with the crease & seams and very particular about how clothes are done... but I got tired of spending so much time ironing my husbands dress shirts and decided that my time was more valuable and took the shirts to Tide Cleaners in Estero. The staff was pleasant to work with and the shirts were back the same day (dropped them off at 7am) and were returned with perfection!! My Clothes got ruined in the hurricane they came out brand new with the wash and fold services. And a great price! going to get my laundry done here all the time!
Far and away the best dry cleaning service I’ve ever used. The staff is friendly. I can pick up or drop off after hours. They go the extra mile to try to make the end results perfect. When they were unable to remove a spot or a stain, they include a little note explaining why ( rare that they are unable to remove a spot). Creases are perfect. Never once had any issue. Plus it is same day if you drop off early enough.
Sorry to post this, but always had a good experience at Tide Cleaners Estero. Service has always been very good and people friendly. Today it was unpleasant! Two young girls were very annoyed by my presence at the store and even more annoyed when I recounted the amount of pieces I had left (21) to make sure nothing was missing. They just kept saying the “system” would do it anyway. Okay. Fine, but can you be a little more “pleasant” with customers?!?
