I am extremely disappointed with Tide Cleaners and will never use this location again. I brought in my nursing scrub top without any stains, and when I picked it up, it had pink discoloration all over it that was absolutely not there before. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the damage until I got home and the store was already closed, so there was no opportunity to address it immediately. You guys sent me a 25% coupon. When I picked up my clothes and showed them the coupon, they said they couldn’t honor it since they already rang up the transaction due to me having my card on file. I said, if I didn’t have my card on file, I could use the coupon..they said yes. They said I have to use the coupon when I drop the clothes off but I said how could I if I use the 24 hr drop off. I have a great experience at Tide cleaner. They’re timely. The drive-through is easy and their prices are just as good as the local places. They also do sewing I needed something done in the cleaner in the mall across the street couldn’t do it. I’m really happy with Tide.
WORST EVER they ruined a suit jacket then refused to reimburse me and went out of their way to purchase the same jacket to try to prove to me it was fine. Doing this instead of just reimbursing me just proves they do not care about customer service. HORRIFIC do not trust them with your clothing or business.
Highland Oaks Dr Tide Cleaners in Estero has unbelievable customer service. The staff greats you, they are happy, seem to enjoy their job. Their services there are outstanding as well. I use to go to another Tide location that continuously pressed the buttons with so much heat they would crack and break, on very expensive shirts.
