WORST EVER they ruined a suit jacket then refused to reimburse me and went out of their way to purchase the same jacket to try to prove to me it was fine. Doing this instead of just reimbursing me just proves they do not care about customer service. HORRIFIC do not trust them with your clothing or business.

Just love the convenience of our Tide Cleaners here in Estero! The drive up area is just fantastic and easy. Love that I receive a text message to let me know when my clothes are ready for pickup. To top it all off they hang my clothes up inside my door on the hook… couldn’t ask for more😊
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my 100% silk maxi dress here to try and get a small stain out and they washed and dried my dress and shrunk it to where the slip underneath the dress is longer that the outer layer and now it is unwearable. They ruined the silk and it feels absolutely terrible. The stain is still on the dress and I paid hundreds of dollars for it. They are extremely unqualified and do not care about what they are doing to your clothes. Be careful.
