I am extremely disappointed with Tide Cleaners and will never use this location again. I brought in my nursing scrub top without any stains, and when I picked it up, it had pink discoloration all over it that was absolutely not there before. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the damage until I got home and the store was already closed, so there was no opportunity to address it immediately. WORST EVER they ruined a suit jacket then refused to reimburse me and went out of their way to purchase the same jacket to try to prove to me it was fine. Doing this instead of just reimbursing me just proves they do not care about customer service. HORRIFIC do not trust them with your clothing or business.

First of all, I had a $10 off coupon but the clerk said it was not good since itwa under $50. The bill for 5 items was over $50 so I feel cheated ot of $5. Second. it was estimated blouses would be in $10 but not so,.

Highland Oaks Dr Tide Cleaners in Estero has unbelievable customer service. The staff greats you, they are happy, seem to enjoy their job. Their services there are outstanding as well. I use to go to another Tide location that continuously pressed the buttons with so much heat they would crack and break, on very expensive shirts.
