As a new customer, I’ve been impressed from day one. Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. The entire team is upbeat, attentive, and knowledgeable—they even recognize my account and discounts as soon as I provide my phone number. My clothes are always returned in perfect condition, and the prices are very competitive. I’m delighted to be a customer and highly recommend them.
I am extremely disappointed with Tide Cleaners and will never use this location again. I brought in my nursing scrub top without any stains, and when I picked it up, it had pink discoloration all over it that was absolutely not there before. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the damage until I got home and the store was already closed, so there was no opportunity to address it immediately. The service is extraordinary from the staff to the cleaning, their use of technology to be available 24/7 is astounding to me! I’m even impressed with the quality of their hangers and the weight (mils) of their wraps. Best dry cleaner ever! Cost is a little higher than nearby competitors but willing to pay a premium for under 24 hour service, drive up drop/off & pickup and 24/7 access & service!
