I have used other dry cleaners when i first moved down here. At least 5, mainly in or near Sarasota City. They were all horrible. They sent out the cloths, NEVER next day, one cleaner lost a custom made shirt that cost me $400, when i complained he called the police. Even the officer knew the manager was a liar. A week later they returned the shirt. Tide cleaners is a bit away from me on tamiami, but WELL WORTH the drive. Drop off is easy and fast. I’ve been really impressed with Tide Cleaners! The whole process is super convenient — from the drop-off to the quick pickup notifications, it’s such a time saver. My clothes always come back fresh, perfectly cleaned, and pressed just right. The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes pride in their work. You can tell they care about doing things right.
I’ve found that Tide cleaners on Tuttle has excellent customer service. The quality of their cleaning I have found to be exceptional. I don’t recommend going to the Tide cleaners on Tamiami . The customer service was not good and the quality of work also was lacking. I was told that the lint on my suits was normal. I will try this location one more time to see if they were just having an off day. Until then, I can’t recommend this location.
Always a great dry cleaning service leaving my colorful shirts looking new. Customer service is great also. I don't use any other dry cleaning service for the past 5 years!
Tide Cleaners consistently does a reliable job. I drop off in the afternoon and the clothes are ready early the next afternoon.
