This place legitimately ruined over half of our laundry I would NEVER recommend. All items were purchased prior to a trip to Europe and worn one time. Extremely unhappy.
My clothes came back spotless from this dry cleaning service. They even managed to remove a tough stain. It took a little longer than expected, but the result was worth the wait.
I purposely went to this drycleaners because of the positive reviews they had. I work in the hospitality industry and having clean dress clothes is a must. However, because of this, I do aquire grease stains quite frequently. I went here to pay the extra money to make sure they could remove these stains but they could not. When I intially went into the business, the lady that took my clothes in didn't even seem to care in getting the stains out and now I know why. UPDATED REVIEW: The manager called me back the morning after I wrote this review. She was apologetic and did her best to make things right. I appreciate that and have raised my review score to reflect my past interactions with this location.
This cleaners is great. I only had one dress dry cleaned. The woman at the front was very friendly I think her name was Danielle and the place is very clean. I have another friend that gets his clothes done here too. He recommended Tide to me.
