This place legitimately ruined over half of our laundry I would NEVER recommend. All items were purchased prior to a trip to Europe and worn one time. Extremely unhappy.
I purposely went to this drycleaners because of the positive reviews they had. I work in the hospitality industry and having clean dress clothes is a must. However, because of this, I do aquire grease stains quite frequently. I went here to pay the extra money to make sure they could remove these stains but they could not. When I intially went into the business, the lady that took my clothes in didn't even seem to care in getting the stains out and now I know why. This cleaners is great. I only had one dress dry cleaned. The woman at the front was very friendly I think her name was Danielle and the place is very clean. I have another friend that gets his clothes done here too. He recommended Tide to me.
I have had the pleasure of using both Sarasota locations, downtown and US 41. Always great service, always on time with my orders! Love the express 24 hour pickup.
Their transformer blew, understand that it’s not their fault at all but what doesn’t make sense is why they comped one persons order but not mine. After driving an hour there and back the day before my wedding. Also my other friends shirt came out stained :/ it was brand new
