In the beginning I was having problems with my shirts being presssed properly and was very upset about the quality of it , fortunately Elizabeth the manager was very helpful and making sure they come back pressed correctly as I requested , goes beyond to make sure you come out happy
I dropped off a valuable article of clothing two weeks ago (authentic NFL throwback jersey). I came in to retrieve the jersey as scheduled, and was told it was showing "still on the truck" and that they would call us when it is located. Weeks later after no phone call and several attempts to reach a store manager, this manager claims that it was delivered to a different location, but none of the other locations seem to be able to find it. They refuse to reimburse for the value of the jersey without a receipt, which is ridicu... read more
We nice gentleman there to help. Great layout for a business. Very clean and new technology to keep your orders right. Great cleaning outcome for your clothes as well. Reasonably priced and the cost of items are there for everyone to see and take. I’ve been taken advantage of at another cleaner where they charged you whatever they felt like it based on what they thought your ability was to pay.
Drop off my 5 suits on Sunday morning and they told me that they will be ready on Monday after 6:00 pm witch is fine with me since I needed for Tuesday morning for work. Arrived there at 6:10 on Monday and not ready for pickup, they told me that had to tell you is not guaranteed , now is a problem since I have to work on Tuesday morning with no suits. Not acceptable.
Great dry cleaner! Very convenient and they're always quick and on time with our dry cleaning . We've never had an issue or had anything lost. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
