We nice gentleman there to help. Great layout for a business. Very clean and new technology to keep your orders right. Great cleaning outcome for your clothes as well. Reasonably priced and the cost of items are there for everyone to see and take. I’ve been taken advantage of at another cleaner where they charged you whatever they felt like it based on what they thought your ability was to pay.
As a fairly new resident in Delray Beach, I was concerned about finding a dry cleaner that I felt confident would give me prompt and reliable service. I definitely found that service (and more) with Tide Cleaners. Everyone on their staff has been friendly and efficient, and my clothes have come back to me in perfect condition. As a new Delray Beach resident, I was worried about finding a reliable dry cleaner, but Tide Cleaners has been great. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and my clothes always come back perfect. Easy parking and the occasional discount are nice bonuses. Highly recommend!
Great client experience, automated system from pickup drop off so if you want you technically don’t have to ever speak with an associate. This is the dry cleaners of the future. It is always very clean and stopped with beverages and treats! I’d highly recommended. My one gripe about this place is in not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
The staff was friendly, and the turnaround was very quick with my laundry. I've used both dry cleaning and their laundry service and was very satisfied. Three points of note: If you want to do the 24-hour drop-off, you must get their Tide bag first. You can't just put it in a bag with a note. Also, with their 24-hour pickup, you have to put a credit card on file first, which they charge as soon as the items are ready for pick up (not at pick up itself). The other note is alterations.
