They are thieves! The Delray location stole $200 left on a zipped pocket of a jogger. The manager said that it’s Co. Policy to check pockets and when the cameras were checked they did not but you can clearly see that side bulky in the pocket. The jogger is not a dry cleaning piece nor a garment needing any special care. I left it by mistake since I placed it inside of the bag for easier transportation since I was maneuvering my puppy as well…then I completely forgot to get it out. This place charges $10 to dry clean a single shirt. I went here out of convenience and was absolutely shocked having to pay $80 to dry clean 8 shirts. That is roughly 3-5x the price it would cost at other dry cleaners in the area. Would never even consider going back.
Thank you so incredibly much, Chase & team. I dropped off my new white cotton dress in tears. The leather straps had bled into white cotton that no amount of Oxyclean could remove. So I removed the straps, never expecting you guys could remove the leather stains. When I picked up my dress the next day, I had tears of happiness in my eyes. Thank you again for waiting for me when I was late. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
If I could give this place a ZERO I definitely would. I came in on Friday and spoke with Chase regarding next day service and he assured me that my clothes would be ready the following day after 4pm. It is now 5:30 and I'm still waiting for my belongings. Then they called the manager and I was told to pay for my clothes and to wait outside so that they can close up the store. I dropped off a bathing suit top and a dress for 2 minor repairs. First of all the children that work there don't know their jobs and I had to repeat the spelling of my last name 3 times. The lead sales person quoted me a price off the top of her head. So I go in there today to pick up my laundry and she tells me that their phones are not working.
