I dropped off a valuable article of clothing two weeks ago (authentic NFL throwback jersey). I came in to retrieve the jersey as scheduled, and was told it was showing "still on the truck" and that they would call us when it is located. Weeks later after no phone call and several attempts to reach a store manager, this manager claims that it was delivered to a different location, but none of the other locations seem to be able to find it. We nice gentleman there to help. Great layout for a business. Very clean and new technology to keep your orders right. Great cleaning outcome for your clothes as well. Reasonably priced and the cost of items are there for everyone to see and take. I’ve been taken advantage of at another cleaner where they charged you whatever they felt like it based on what they thought your ability was to pay.
As a new Delray Beach resident, I was worried about finding a reliable dry cleaner, but Tide Cleaners has been great. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and my clothes always come back perfect. Easy parking and the occasional discount are nice bonuses. Highly recommend!
Great client experience, automated system from pickup drop off so if you want you technically don’t have to ever speak with an associate. This is the dry cleaners of the future. It is always very clean and stopped with beverages and treats! I’d highly recommended. My one gripe about this place is in not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
I went to Tide cleaners and I have to say Chase and Kyle were Very welcoming, and knowledgeable. The store was immaculate. I’m here from out of town, I have never had such an amazing time and experience all around with any dry cleaner. I was terrified to bring the dress I had into anywhere due to the fact it was expensive, they reassured me. Everything will be OK and lo and behold. My dress was perfect again thank you TIME! Thank you Chase! Thank you kyle!
