In the beginning I was having problems with my shirts being presssed properly and was very upset about the quality of it , fortunately Elizabeth the manager was very helpful and making sure they come back pressed correctly as I requested , goes beyond to make sure you come out happy
I’ll change my review once the manager calls us with an answer about our missing navy blue Calvin Klein tailored slacks. You know who to call, we’ve left our phone number with your employees over 4 times!
I dropped off a valuable article of clothing two weeks ago (authentic NFL throwback jersey). I came in to retrieve the jersey as scheduled, and was told it was showing "still on the truck" and that they would call us when it is located. Weeks later after no phone call and several attempts to reach a store manager, this manager claims that it was delivered to a different location, but none of the other locations seem to be able to find it. Second time using Tide and sadly the last. Waited over 1.5 hours for my son’s uniform, came at 6:00 PM, returned at 7:30 PM, still not ready. Picked it up the next morning to find lint all over a brand-new uniform, poor cleaning, and my suit jacket sleeve coming apart at the stitching. Had to rush to another dry cleaner to fix and military-press it properly. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating experience. Will not use this service again.
Drop off my 5 suits on Sunday morning and they told me that they will be ready on Monday after 6:00 pm witch is fine with me since I needed for Tuesday morning for work. Arrived there at 6:10 on Monday and not ready for pickup, they told me that had to tell you is not guaranteed , now is a problem since I have to work on Tuesday morning with no suits. Not acceptable.
