As a fairly new resident in Delray Beach, I was concerned about finding a dry cleaner that I felt confident would give me prompt and reliable service. I definitely found that service (and more) with Tide Cleaners. Everyone on their staff has been friendly and efficient, and my clothes have come back to me in perfect condition. Their curbside mobile service is a total game-changer—they come right to your car, making drop-offs and pickups effortless. The staff is beyond friendly, efficient, and always go the extra mile to provide top-notch service. My clothes always come back looking impeccable, fresh, and perfectly cared for. The staff was friendly, and the turnaround was very quick with my laundry. I've used both dry cleaning and their laundry service and was very satisfied. Three points of note: If you want to do the 24-hour drop-off, you must get their Tide bag first. You can't just put it in a bag with a note. Also, with their 24-hour pickup, you have to put a credit card on file first, which they charge as soon as the items are ready for pick up (not at pick up itself). The other note is alterations. Cheyenne was amazing! I brought in a few shirts I thought were beyond saving, but she took the time to ask questions and really cared about helping. When I picked them up, they looked brand new. Super friendly, helpful, and professional—service like that is rare. Cheyenne definitely went above and beyond!
