In the beginning I was having problems with my shirts being presssed properly and was very upset about the quality of it , fortunately Elizabeth the manager was very helpful and making sure they come back pressed correctly as I requested , goes beyond to make sure you come out happy
Second time using Tide and sadly the last. Waited over 1.5 hours for my son’s uniform, came at 6:00 PM, returned at 7:30 PM, still not ready. Picked it up the next morning to find lint all over a brand-new uniform, poor cleaning, and my suit jacket sleeve coming apart at the stitching. Had to rush to another dry cleaner to fix and military-press it properly. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating experience. Will not use this service again.
I’ll change my review once the manager calls us with an answer about our missing navy blue Calvin Klein tailored slacks. You know who to call, we’ve left our phone number with your employees over 4 times!
Drop off my 5 suits on Sunday morning and they told me that they will be ready on Monday after 6:00 pm witch is fine with me since I needed for Tuesday morning for work. Arrived there at 6:10 on Monday and not ready for pickup, they told me that had to tell you is not guaranteed , now is a problem since I have to work on Tuesday morning with no suits. Not acceptable.
Great dry cleaner! Very convenient and they're always quick and on time with our dry cleaning . We've never had an issue or had anything lost. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
