I absolutely loved the service I was provided by the wonderful Shelly! I always value great customer service and she delivered just that. I was met with a warm welcome and smile. I know my order will be just as great. I will definitely return for all of my dry cleaning needs.
The gentlemen that worked the counter was extremely professional. My reason for not returning and going to another establishment would be the pricing. I had one garment pressed (no starch or any extras) and the price was almost $20. Maybe I’ve not used those services in a while, but that was overpriced. Needless to say I was warned that Tide services are more expensive. I took a chance because it was a neighborhood store. I think I will go back to the family owned establishments.
Shelly has the best customer service. Each time I am greeted with an awesome smile and great personality. She is professional and helpful with my cowboy starch shirts. I am thankful for her service.
Took my oversized, old comforter to have cleaned. This was my first visit and I was very impressed! Shelly was so nice and professional. My comforter came out very clean and fresh smelling (it was in the garage for years). I will be returning!
Shelly was fantastic. She helped walk me through getting set up on the app and showed me ways to save money on my order. My order was completed in a timely manner. I will continue using this location for my dry cleaning needs
