I've never had a horrible experience at this location. I've had many different types of things dry cleaned, washed and folded, and even ironed and startched. From tablecloths, chair covers, and dinner napkins, to bedding, to suits and winter wear. Not one negative experience. It's worth the cost and they're always friendly. They're also rather quick. Checkout doesn't take long and they often finish orders early than estimated. I love them!
****AMAZING UPDATED REVIEW***** Tide not only refunded me, but they fixed my comforter AND gave us a credit equal to the amount of the comforter!!!!! I have never experienced superior customer service to this magnitude. I am truly impressed and greatful. I’m pleased with the cleaning but would like to commend your staff. Shelly is awesome. She feels like a close friend and both my husband and I are always glad to see her. Can’t complain about any of your on site staff. So are good!
Just want to say I was ok with this cleaners at one point but they have definitely fell off. I will post some of the so called clean clothes. I had a good relationship with them up until my shirts started to get damaged and not cleaned properly. I complained about holes in one of my shirts they didn’t replace it which but I let it go because I had the shirt for a while (blue polo shirt) I recently took brand new pair of Ralph Lauren joggers that ive only worn twice. The dry cleaning they do are exceptional, clothes are like new, their presentation is great, however their prices are some what higher than most other cleaners. To clean a pair of pants is 2 times higher than everybody else. If you are budget conscious, this is not the cleaners for you, but if you don’t mind paying a lil more for their exceptional service than this is place for you.
