Just want to say I was ok with this cleaners at one point but they have definitely fell off. I will post some of the so called clean clothes. I had a good relationship with them up until my shirts started to get damaged and not cleaned properly. I complained about holes in one of my shirts they didn’t replace it which but I let it go because I had the shirt for a while (blue polo shirt) I recently took brand new pair of Ralph Lauren joggers that ive only worn twice. The dry cleaning they do are exceptional, clothes are like new, their presentation is great, however their prices are some what higher than most other cleaners. To clean a pair of pants is 2 times higher than everybody else. If you are budget conscious, this is not the cleaners for you, but if you don’t mind paying a lil more for their exceptional service than this is place for you.
Absolutely ruined my $600 Versace shirt, the first time I brought it here no issues, someone obviously did not read the tag to properly know how to clean this shirt. Edit to original issue they also messed up my Armani shirt. Still waiting on manager call to see how they are going to make me whole for this
I love Tide Cleaners. Why, because my clothes always look BRAND NEW when I pick them up. The staff is professional, the store is always clean and smells FRESH. The prices are perfect and it's always a little treat up front for the customers and doggies. To put the icing on the cake, because of the deep cleaning at Tide I can wear my suits and clothing more than once, and they still look good and smell great. My kind of dry cleaners.
