****AMAZING UPDATED REVIEW***** Tide not only refunded me, but they fixed my comforter AND gave us a credit equal to the amount of the comforter!!!!! Summary: Paid for poor service. Will not return to have them do that again. My first visit to any Tide-branded dry cleaning service. I sought them out after Tide bought my preferred cleaners and was told by that location that the location I eventually went to used the same 'factory' so I'd get the same service level. I used to gladly drive 40 minutes to get to my old location, this new Tide location was still 20 minutes away. I took 30 shirts and asked that they be boxed/folded. I absolutely loved the service I was provided by the wonderful Shelly! I always value great customer service and she delivered just that. I was met with a warm welcome and smile. I know my order will be just as great. I will definitely return for all of my dry cleaning needs.
Shelly has the best customer service. Each time I am greeted with an awesome smile and great personality. She is professional and helpful with my cowboy starch shirts. I am thankful for her service.
Shelly was fantastic. She helped walk me through getting set up on the app and showed me ways to save money on my order. My order was completed in a timely manner. I will continue using this location for my dry cleaning needs
