Way to high and so was the clerk….literally😡 I beleive her name was Erica I saw her out back smoking which I thought a (cigarette) until she approach me at the drive thru with the smell of mariguana after I literally 5 minutes let’s just say I will never go back there ever

My wife dropped off my custom $1500 3 piece suit and they lost my pants and when my wife got home she discovered they also gave us the someone else’s jacket. (Banana Republic Black Jacket Womens size 9) We did receive my vest back but not the rest of the suit that goes with it. Have called several times and always goes to voicemail and have yet to receive a response from anyone. Had a pretty horrible experience. We used their wash and fold service because our basement flooded leaving us without a washer a dryer. Our order was 3 days late from when they told us it would be due, they only gave us half of our order when we first picked up, AND when I was taking everything out, half of it wasn't folded. I tried calling the store multiple times throughout this process and no one ever answered the phone. I had to go into the store three separate times just to speak with someone.
