I had the most horrible makeup stain on the collar of my Crème shirt !! They got it out completely it was a $700 shirt i wore once. thought i was gonna have to buy a new one till i got it today in perfect condition totally recommend
My first experience with your service was fantastic, and I thought it would be a great time-saver for my chores. However, my second visit was not up to the same standard. During this visit, I requested a wash & fold service. The attendant informed me they were overwhelmed with laundry, likely due to Hurricane Helene, and the best they could do was wash and dry my laundry and place it in a bag, as they didn’t have the staff available to fold it. I really like the whole package of your cleaners. Being able to drop off with Tide bag & p/u after hours is great. I haven’t used the p/u service but I’m sure it’s great too. My clothes are cleaned &pressed, ready for my next trip.
Terrible customer service. I would give them zero stars if I could. They lose and ruin clothes and take no responsibility for it. They strung us along for months asking us to let them try to find the shirts they lost and try to “fix” the sweaters they shrunk. Finally dealt with the manager directly, who was rude and hung up the phone on us saying they’re not responsible. We had been loyally customers for years, but will never return. I had a wonderful experience at Tide. They did an excellent job and the price was fantastic. But even more so, when I went to pick up my shirt in uniform they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will be using them for everything from now on.
