I recently visited Tide Cleaners in Tampa, and I have to say, my experience was absolutely outstanding! The staff members are always kind and friendly, but I want to give a special shoutout to Trinity, the manager, for her honesty and integrity. After dropping off my dry cleaning, I received a call the following day from Trinity, notifying me that they had found a large sum of money in one of my pant pockets. My husband is very meticulous with his pants for work. Working in healthcare and being in so many events, we have been able to religiously come to Tide Cleaners with no worries in the world. The sales reps are always attentive and best part know us by name. They make us feel right at home! Highly recommend you check them out.
If I could to a -10 I would I contacted “Peter” before taking my $17,000 dress to the store. He assured me had plenty of experience cleaning gowns like this. He was very helpful and polite he even dropped the dress at my home. I trusted him. I finally took a look a the dress as I was planning on to use for my birthday the dress is unwearable. It has taken a couple months to sit and write this. Life has been a roller coaster since the hurricanes this past summer. I lost home and pretty much everything with it. I was able to get some clothes, coats, quilts and couch pillows over to you folks. I was not sure if anything could be saved, it was all so gross. I thought even if I could save some, it would be a help then having to add to my list of many things that would need to be replaced. Tide does the best job! My clothes come back perfect. If there are spots on an article of clothes and it is going to take additional work, they always call to let me know. The ladies at the front are fab.
