I have used tide several times and they usually are pretty good. This time not so good. Took three shirts in for cleaning and pressing. One shirt looks good the other two not good at all. Does this one look cleaned, pressed and starched to you? Looks like burn spots on the collar also.
The quality of Tide dry cleaning is very good! I always look forward to seeing Cindy. Been going there for several years and appreciate her always making sure I’ve got what I need - in a quick manner - all with a great sense of humor.
On 1/18/25 I dropped off 8 shirts and a pair of lululemon golf pants. When I went to pick up the items, the worker gave me the 8 shirts and wadded up my receipt and threw it away. I said I left pants as well and she just said, we don’t have any pants. Brought in a sport coat for clean and spot removal. It was not treated so I took it back. I was told it would be ready by 3pm the next day. When I called to make sure it was ready. I was told that they entered a due date 3 weeks from now. There is no way to escalate the issue either. I need the jacket for this weekend and Tide not only missed that but also didn’t clean the jacket. DO NOT USE.
