I have used tide several times and they usually are pretty good. This time not so good. Took three shirts in for cleaning and pressing. One shirt looks good the other two not good at all. Does this one look cleaned, pressed and starched to you? Looks like burn spots on the collar also.
Service at Tide cleaners in Avon, Ohio has always been superb. I really appreciate the employees there! And as for the quality of the cleaning; It is the best I’ve ever experience. My very first time visiting a Tide Cleaners I was met with very a very rude response by the apparent manager of the location. It seemed as though she was mad I got there at 6:49pm when they close at 7pm. I dropped off 5 items of dry cleaning. I almost decided to take my clothes and leave because of how she was acting. The items were promised to be ready the next day (per my receipt) but when I arrived the next day they were not and a different employee (who was very nice) said she did not know when my clothes would be ready.... read more
