I thought I would give Tide Cleaners a try since it is close to my work. on June 13, I drop off multiple item. When I went to pick them up, I paid what they said was owed. They strated bringing out the order and asked me about a comforter ($40 of my charge). I told them I hadn't dropped off a comforter. They were unable to identify the item that they swapped out as a comforter in my items. I told them I wanted to be refunded the $40 charge for the comforter Jim. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and level of service of this dry cleaner. I dropped off a woman’s blazer to be cleaned. My husband picked it up and when he got it home I noticed a significant amount of damage to the clasps in the front. One was even missing. The blazer was promptly returned and the damage they inflicted pointed out. The woman apologized and said it would be repaired by 5 pm the next day. I would not recommend Tide Dry Cleaners!!! They ruined a dress during the cleaning process (over $100). I was supposed to receive a follow-up call from the Blue Ash store manager, he never reached out. I called him and sent 3 emails before calling the store and being told to call the Mason location. I called there was assured the manager would call me that day, didn't happen.
