RecommendedI had the most WONDERFUL experience at Tide today! I recently broke my leg and can’t get out of a car easily. I wasn’t able to pickup my clothes out of that locker and knew it wasn’t the normal business policy to retrieve locker items, but I had to try and ask. A young lady by the name of Reagan was more than willing to help me. This may seem like a simple thing to do, but to me she went above and beyond for me. I have used this dry cleaners for several years. I always thought it was a bit high priced but they did do good work so it was fine. Until I dropped off my dry cleaning on 12/09/18. I went to pick it up got home and put it straight in my closet. Went to look for a suit of mine last weekend and realized it was not with the items that I had picked up. Not only are identifying heat seals applied to every garment, which is scanned at each step of the process including drop off and pick up, but high resolution video cameras record all orders being dropped off and picked up. Dry cleaning was dropped off Saturday at 9am, made sure I asked when it would be done, staff told me Sunday. Call to have it placed in a locker today (Sunday) it is not ready, no production team in on Sunday, my flight leaves at 7am Monday and I don’t have my suits. Not my first issue, but will be my last. Staff was less than helpful as they spend the phone call blaming the customer and sharing polices that obviously their own staff do not know. Horrible.

As you now know, I was made aware of this problem immediately and returned to the store after closing to discover that your items had been cleaned and were in fact ready at which point we called you and were able to provide you with your items. Your suits were checked-in incorrectly to be cleaned on Monday however on Saturday afternoon we cleaned additional items to get a head start on Monday.
