We have had great service from this location since we started using them 8 months ago.
We dropped off 2 rugs to be cleaned and when we picked them up and laid them down they were still soiled and did not appear to be cleaned. When I brought it to the production managers attention he said I could send it back to be cleaned but I would have to pay for it again. Why would I pay for something again that I wasn't happy with the first time?! I can honestly say that Tide lost a customer in me and I will not be able to recommend their services to any family or friends!
