Love the attention to detail and I am always addressed by name
I had 3 items to dry clean a shirt pants and suit jacket she told me 30.00 then when I pick it up it was 37.00 very different from what the first lady told me
While the service is good, it is extremely expensive and they don’t tell you about special handling before being charged.
Same story. The scent in laundered shirts stinks. My request has always been 'unscented' but my shirts come with scent from being housed with scented ones. When I get them home and air them outside they still stink for days and the house smells of it. I can get proper service with no scent for 30 cents cheaper. Why not?
I hate the scented shirts. I request non scented and I guess that even non scented picks up scent from others . My whole house smells of the scent, my colleagues even comment. I will look for another cleaners that just cleans and doesn't scent everything.
Your new manager at the shepherd dr store is very professional. She is very kind and courteous.
Exceptional customer service
This place has exorbitant prices. I thought I would use a 50% coupon to reduce my cost versus my normal dry cleaner. Tide Cleaners was still almost double the cost. This place is the biggest ripoff I have experienced in a very long time.
Extremely overpriced!!! My cleaners I normally use are 3 times less than you! You will be out of business soon! I am in the process of spreading this all over social media!!!!!
