For the last 2 or 3 times I have confirmed I want pick up and your driver’s never showed up! So I have taken my stuff to your store myself!
Employees were professional and quick. The service was what I would expect from any standard dry cleaner... but on what planet is 9 items $117?!? The prices weren’t posted or discussed prior to. I just moved to Kingwood and expected the total to be no higher that $50, as is would have been at any other dry cleaner. Was totally caught off guard by ho outrageously over priced this dry cleaner was. Will not be returning.
Was told I can only pay with cash or apple pay. 8 do not have credit cards and I have a android so I use Google pay. I was given no other other and was told sorry even after I offered to pay exact change I was told no. I will not be returning. Andres Barajas
Tide Cleaners usual would get 5 stars...however this visit was a bit disappointing. I TOTALLY understand that with the Virus caution needs to be front and center but to make someone get out of the drive thru and use a pen and clip board (which could be virus covered). Unfortunately the representative was one I hadn't seen before and was not as friendly as those that are usually there. The usual representatives are AWESOME!
Customer service great but price was outrageous. $95 for 16 items???
Although you have an exceptional staff At your Kingwood location , Your pricing is extremely high compared to comparable othe cleaners. After over 10 years of using this location It is now time to change.
The service I was requested is not what I received. I was told that the whitening process would brighten the white shirts and would eliminate the under arm stains as well as the stains on the collar. Nope. Didn’t happen. I paid $40 dollars for laundered shirts basically. What the clerk told me would happen, didn’t.
Several of our shirts have come back dirty and had to be returned to the store to be cleaned again.
When I dropped off my order of 2 suits to be dry cleaned, I dropped them off in a black MW Cleaners bag (the former company, but same location I've always gone to). When I picked up my order the next day, my bag was not returned to me, but instead I was sent home with a loud, bright orange bag and a charge for the bag that I didn't even ask for, nor wanted.
