I just have to say I’ve been to this laundromat for months now and one of the employees Maria has been extremely helpful every time. I can’t say enough great things about her. she’s always cleaning, keeping the location looking fresh, and making sure everyone is taken care of. She always says hi to people and remembers her returning customers. Today she went the extra mile to help me fold my king size blankets. She always has a great and welcoming attitude and smile. I love coming to tide ! But it's always this lady that's always works here with an attitude I ask her something nicely and she answer rude , second time coming when she's working I never complain but it's just her that's she always has the place dirty , I told here nicely if she could come check the washer that I use my clothes came out smelling moldy which I pay extra for everything and her response was she probably don't know how wash this not the first time you come .? Like what . That's not how you a treat customer .
Maria, the young girl with face tattoos, is such a helpful and outstanding employee that is definitely an asset to this establishment!!! She is highly recommended and goes above and beyond the call of duty every day!!! Unfortunately, there are unacceptable customers that are rude to her and many take advantage of Maria's kindness which should not be tolerated!!! Clean! New machines, and you easily pay through the app. When I was there, it wasn't crowded, but the lady that works there says it is really busy on the weekends, especially on Sundays. So plan accordingly. I went on a Thursday. Virtually empty.
It’s fast and easy, forget the days when you have to bring your own detergent, bleach or softener!!!! It’s so efficient being here !! !! You can also track your wash and dryer stages!!! Loved it !!
