I’ve been coming to this laundromat for months and have never experienced such poor customer service. Another customer felt entitled to move my belongings from a table I was already using and take over the space. When I brought the issue to Maria’s attention, she was wearing AirPods, appeared completely uninterested, and made no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Super clean laundromat, machines are always functional, the washing machines are simple to use, my first time I did require a tutorial by the lovely staff. The wash was fast, detergent, bleach, and softener is added automatically in the wash. The dryers are awesome, free dryer sheets too. Hope it never changes.

I love the convenience of this place. You get the laundry detergent and softener sheets there in the laundromat, use an app to order the cleaning you want, and the laundry is done very quickly. They have many machines, in several sizes depending on your load size, and lots of dryers (large capacity and normal). It’s very clean and they have plenty of seats. A great place to do laundry in the area!

I’ve been coming to The Tide Laundromat for almost 2 years now, and I always have a great experience. The laundromat is consistently clean, organized, and well maintained. Elvia is extremely helpful, friendly, and works hard to make sure everything stays clean and customers are taken care of. There’s also another young lady there who is always kind and helpful as well. Their customer service and attention to cleanliness are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this laundromat!

I had a wonderful experience at the laundromat thanks to Vianey! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. As a first time customer, I wasn't sure how the machines worked, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Vianey, for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back!
