I used to enjoy coming here it was always clean with nice staff. It was a tall thin lady with dark hair who worked here she had glasses. She always kept it tidy she was always knowledgeable and willing to help. For the past two times I’ve been here, she hasn’t been here and this is how it looked ! Ill asks the staff for assistance and they aren’t friendly at all . I just have to say I’ve been to this laundromat for months now and one of the employees Maria has been extremely helpful every time. I can’t say enough great things about her. she’s always cleaning, keeping the location looking fresh, and making sure everyone is taken care of. She always says hi to people and remembers her returning customers. Today she went the extra mile to help me fold my king size blankets. She always has a great and welcoming attitude and smile. I love coming to tide ! But it's always this lady that's always works here with an attitude I ask her something nicely and she answer rude , second time coming when she's working I never complain but it's just her that's she always has the place dirty , I told here nicely if she could come check the washer that I use my clothes came out smelling moldy which I pay extra for everything and her response was she probably don't know how wash this not the first time you come .? Like what . That's not how you a treat customer .
I have been dropping my laundry for at least a year, never had a problem. The clothes were always folded nicely, the whites was not dingy. When I picked up my laundry today I had to refold more than half the clothing, had to wash some of the whites over. This is the reason I’m only rating you 3 stars. Before this it was definitely 5 stars.
I used to love going here… but it stays dirty and the AC is either not working or they don’t want to spend $$ to turn it cooler. For the past 4 months it stays hot in there. Miserable! Hot and dirty and moldy smelling clothes
