It was my first time. Extremely clean place, the inside looks like Apple Store. I downloaded the app paid with QR code. Didn’t have to use my detergent. The washer machine was large and washed very well. The dryer took only 20 min. The app sends notification when it finishes. I will go back. And the lady was very nice and helpful. Instructed me how to use the machines.
Clean! New machines, and you easily pay through the app. When I was there, it wasn't crowded, but the lady that works there says it is really busy on the weekends, especially on Sundays. So plan accordingly. I went on a Thursday. Virtually empty.
Only thing good about this place is that it washes and dries your clothes quickly. Saying that it doesn't get them clean even if you pay extra. I've been coming here since they opened. After today it will be my last time. Rip Off!
It’s fast and easy, forget the days when you have to bring your own detergent, bleach or softener!!!! It’s so efficient being here !! !! You can also track your wash and dryer stages!!! Loved it !!
Maria and Mildred are always friendly and approachable, keep the place clean and sparkly, and helpful (especially when people leave their clothes in the washer and drier over 10 minutes). They make doing laundry pleasant and stress free. Thanks!
