Excellent customer service! My son bought a suit last minute for prom and needed the pants hemmed in two days. I called multiple cleaners and they all said No. Thornhill Royal Cleaners said Yes, and even stayed late to get him measured. She knew we were on a tight schedule on Saturday so in addition to the automated text saying our alteration was ready the owner personally called me to let me know the pants were ready. I’ve been coming here for years. Consistent owners the entire time. Excellent cleaning. They always have things done on time as promised. Super friendly people and they have in-house tailoring/repairs. Their tailor does fits on the snug side so be sure to speak up if you like your fit a little looser.
Thornhill is hands down the best in town! Whether you need expert dry cleaning or alterations or both - they take wonderful care of your garments - and deliver impeccable, on-time service. Grace is wonderful - kind, knowledgeable and friendly!
Always courteous and friendly. They do a great job job on routine shirt laundering; and their expertise on dry cleaning complements their first-rate work on routine laundering. Ability to remove troublesome spots without damaging your clothing is great too.
The woman who runs the cleaners, Grace, couldn’t be more helpful. I enjoy bringing my cleaning to her. The spotter at the central location pays good attention to spots. Grace has hemmed pants and skirts for me.
