I have always had excellent cleaning and alteration service from Thornhill Cleaners. Now I'm super happy - they were even able to reinforce stitching on athletic wear (expensive running leggings) so I don't have to buy new. I'm a super fan!
Took 2 gowns in for cleaning, had to take both back because they missed several spots. They returned the dresses to me with literal crumbs sticking to it that I picked off with my finger after they said they couldn’t clean anything further. This is after using this cleaners before and having similar results where they had to clean items twice (which took weeks).
Call before you bring your clothes in for same day alterations! Even though they advertise same-day, it’s not always available even if it’s during the middle of the week - and nowhere around the holidays. You may have to wait several days or longer.
Very nice people. They always do a great job. The clothes are always ready by the promised date, if not earlier. Highly recommended.
Dropped off suede jacket to be sent out to clean and it was rejected, said it could not be cleaned but was never told that until I came to pick it up and then was told. Wish they called me right away and told me so I could adjust.
