I am very upset and disappointed Dropped my dress shirt off at the store last Monday morning bright and earlier for a Simcha and asked it be done before the fast Came Wednesday to pick it up and was greeted by "not sure we can a machine broke and a staff member didn't come in " If I didn't come in would never have known Asked as it was clear with 3 business days because you guys waited until Wednesday to clean vs Monday I wouldn't have my shirt Asked for the shirt back to go to my previous cleaners that offers same ... read more
